The Blame Game- False Flag Style

For accessibility purposes, this article has been translated into Flash.

"Former CIA analyst and presidential advisor Ray McGovern does not rule out Western involvement in this week's Askariya mosque bombing in light of previous false flag operations that have advanced hidden agendas of the ruling elite.During the mid-eighties, McGovern was one of the senior analysts conducting early morning briefings of the PDB one-on-one with the Vice President, the Secretaries of State and Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs."

OK, but that doesn't mean he actually thinks that, does it?

"The main question is Qui Bono? Who benefits from this kind of thing? You don't have to be very conspiratorial or even paranoid to suggest that there are a whole bunch of likely suspects out there and not only the Sunnis. You know, the British officers were arrested, dressed up in Arab garb, riding around in a car, so this stuff goes on."

There he is refering to the September 19th, 2005 arrest of two British SAS Agents, disguised as local militia, in the city of Basra. The Brits were subdued and arrested after shooting an Iraqi police officer who had approached the car for unknown reasons. The Iraqis searched the car and found it loaded as a car bomb. The two Agents were driving the car into a crowded area of the City were the Shia were holding a religeous festival. Shortly after capture, 10 British tanks rolled into Basra, destroyed the Police Station were the Brits were being held, and instigated a riot. In case you missed the point:

  1. Two UK Special Ops guys dressed up like Arabs,
  2. Grabbed an unmarked car and wired it up as an IED.
  3. Drove it into a crowd of Civilians (Women and Children).
  4. When approached by a Police Officer, they shot and killed him without warning.
  5. Were overpowered and taken alive to a Police Station.
  6. As the Iraqis beat the piss out of them to find out "WTF?"
  7. British tanks stormed the town and destroyed the police station.
  8. Grabbed the 2 prisoners and fled the scene as angry Shia defended their town.
  9. The News in the UK called this "Negotiation"
  10. The News in the US said "Shia mob attacks British Peace Keepers"

Well, so what? That's over there?

"McGovern firstly suggested that Posse Comitatus, the law that forbids the military to take on a policing role within the US, is being systematically overthrown."Not only have the top ranks of the intelligence community been politicized and corrupted, so has the army. The military establishment is goose stepping around, saluting the President and saying whatever the President wants them to." A former officer himself, McGovern declared that the unprecedented movement towards a martial law mentality within government and military is a deeply unsettling one and that the US is hurtling toward a dictatorship."As I look at the top Pentagon brass, I have to conclude that unlike my days as a US army officer, those folks have been so politicized that if the US President told them to go ahead and exercise police functions in this country they would go ahead and salute and they would do it, and that's really scary."Moving on to the "war on terror", 27 year veteran McGovern concurred that staged terror has long been used by our governments in order to forward their own agendas at home and elsewhere:"There's lots of evidence that the government in the past has used these things for its own purposes, for overthrowing governments, as it did in Iran in 1953, and in Guatemala in 1954, the Gulf of Tonkin was a little different...LBJ did deceive Congress and the war went on for seven years."Concerning 9/11 McGovern declared that although he is still in two minds, he is deeply suspicious of the official version of events and "there is certainly a cover up." The amount of unanswered questions and blatant lies told by Cheney and the NeoCons makes it very easy for him to believe the government was involved." http://www.truthout.com/

Anyone unclear on the point here?

Since YOU put it that way...

From CBS News August 22nd, 2003
"The EPA inspector general recommends EPA adopt new procedures so its public statements on health risks and environmental quality are supported by data and analysis. "

They don't have policies about telling the truth? According to the Inspector General of the EPA. In the days following 9-11-01, the The White House told the EPA to lie to the Public about the safety of the air in and around Manhattan. The National Security Council, Bush and select members of his cabinet, told the EPA to remove certain parts of their report on air quality and replace them with misleading and/or completely false claims.

What does this mean on a human level. Remember all those "Heroes" that jumped up and helped clean up ground zero? They are all dying from lung diseases caused by the asbestos, mercury and lead in the WTC dust. The Fireman, rescue workers, police and thousands of volunteers were exposed to highly toxic dust without proper safety equipment and with the EPA assurance that it was safe.

At the same time that the White House was praising these volunteers and rallying for more people to do their part for the country, they were killing those people. The White House knew the reality of the situation, yet withheld the facts, manipulated the reports and promoted the lie. Why? Hell if I know. But this says a lot about our leaders' character and concern for the public.

I see the words "Bush Lied? Prove it!" all the time. Here you go. This is just one of hundreds of instances where Bush or his administration falsified information to convince the public of a falsehood. The EPA's recommendations for cleanup of all of Manhattan were altered to remove the information that was of the most importance. Every person in proximity to the WTC was exposed, lied to, and damaged by this action. Thousands, if not millions, of people will die from this toxic exposure. This one act , alone, will have a higher death toll than 9-11 itself. This info is documented, proven, and more damning than any smoking gun, yet people will still choose to ignore the facts and regard the White House as looking out for the good of the country.

Fuck! What is it going to take for America to face reality? What? Extinction?

Flowers for an Anon

A. Non,
Here is the rebuttal you requested. I have one condition. Get a blog up and running so I can call you something other than Anon.. OK?

"There are pictures of the terrorists passing through security at the airports"

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A19784-2005Feb12.html

No there are not. Just one of Atta. Of course, this picture was released long after 9-11 and the chain of custody goes right through Stratesec, the Company run by Marvin Bush till 2000 (although he is still highly involved and invested) which conveniently ran Security at The World Trade Complex, Dulles Airport, United Airlines and American Airlines on and before 9-11-01.

http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/background/security.html

"Clinton gave no bid contracts to Halliburton as well. Don't remember any complaints about that."
http://www.halliburtonwatch.org/about_hal/chronology.html

I bitched. At the end of '91 Cheney began his 'Privatization' of military services. Although he called it downsizing, it was immediately apparent that we were getting a whole lot less for a lot more money. When Cheney took the helm at Halliburton, conflict of interest flags went up everywhere. Lacking the Internet, they were just hard to see.

"Cheney quit Halliburton in 2000 so are you implying that he got rich because they do?"

http://www.halliburtonwatch.org/about_hal/ethics.html

He kept his Profit sharing and Stock investments. So yes, not only is it implied that he got rich with them, it is a proven fact.

"Halliburton was guaranteed only a 1 percent profit plus performance bonuses of 2-3 percent. Ooooo an embarrassment of riches, eh?"

http://www.halliburtonwatch.org/about_hal/contracts.html

An embarrassment all around, 'cost plus one' means that for every dollar they spend, they get one cent. Sounds good, unless you add up all the money they spent in order to increase their revenue. Sure, 5k hotdogs at $.05 apiece is nothing, but 5k at $1.00 apiece is 50 bucks. Multiple inquiries into their purchasing show a constant trend of going to the highest priced dealer for everything. In 2003, with gas going for $.30 a gallon in Iraq, they purchased it in Kuwait at $1.37 a gallon then charged transportation costs. So not only are they getting more than they should in revenue, they are bankrupting the US taxpayer to do it.

"30,000-100,000 dead Iraqis? Could you give me a more vague number? I'll give you the beneft of the doubt and lets "say" that 100,000 Iraqis have been killed. Keep in mind that the US didn't kill all of them. Remember, the bad guys are killing people too! So far, we have found the mass graves of roughly 300,000 Iraqis that Saddam murdered."

For starters let's cover the mass graves and other atrocities of the 1991 uprising.

Kurdish Revolt 1991- Encouraged by the stunning defeat of Saddam's forces in Kuwait and spurred by appeals by President George H. W. Bush of the U.S., Kurds rose up against the Iraqi government With the bulk of his elite forces having escaped from the fighting in Kuwait and southern Iraq, Saddam was able to quell the revolt, causing hundreds of thousands of Kurdish refugees to flee into neighboring Turkey and Iran to escape.

Shiite Revolt 1991- Encouraged by the stunning defeat of Saddam's forces in Kuwait and spurred by appeals by President George H. W. Bush of the U.S., the Shiites of southern Iraq rose up against the Iraqi government, only to be crushed by Saddam's forces. Sporadic guerrilla resistance continued, with the bulk of the Shiite fighting forces seeking refuge in neighboring Shiite Iran.

That's the synopsis of the events. Here's the story of, not only, the Bush hand in inspiring the revolts, but also the Bush hand in filling up all those empty graves. As you read, pay attention to the fact that even though the Coalition had orders to take out any Iraqi military air units flying, the US Military stood down and allowed the Iraqi gun ships to take control of the Southern Cities and decimate them.
No military in the air, on the ground MF in the gulf may actively engage any targets with hostility and may only activate for humanitarian and emergency missions with the permission of the Coalition command.

Here are some Kurdish perspectives on what they considered to be an illegal failure to provide promised support when called upon.

http://home.cogeco.ca/~kurdistan1/16-1-04-opinion-ahmad-they-lost.html

And of course, an overview of the events which took place, the resulting mass graves, and the reason why the mass graves are not sufficient reason for US intervention over a decade later.

http://deoxy.org/wc/warcrim3.htm

"Let's put the casualties in perspective. During WWII there were 1,840,000 civilians killed in Germany alone. Roughly 700,000 in Japan. While every human life is precious, I'd say wa are doing an outstanding job of keeping the casualties low compared to other wars."

Utter bullshit! First, crime does not excuse crime. John Wayne Gacy killed 52 kids. With your logic, someone could kill 20 and avoid prosecution due to it being less heinous of a crime. That and you forgot a very important detail; In WWII we were fighting against a nation that attacked us and its Treaty Bound Allies. We invaded Iraq. That makes us the aggressors and War Criminals by International Law which we helped write and are signatories of. If we had not invaded, this would not be happening. Get it?

"As for the WMDs, like I said before, it is hilarious to me that you guys find it so hard to believe that Saddam could have gotten rid of them during the year that we fucked around with the UN and Europe before going in."

I have no problem believing that. If indeed that is what happened, why did we invade? We said disarm or we attack. You are speculating that he disarmed within the timeframe we gave him. By your own statement, he fulfilled the conditions of our ultimatum. Why did we go to war?

"But somebody shows you a fuzzy picture of sunlight reflecting off the bottom of one of the planes crashing into the WTC and its "ZOMG!!! YOU GUYS THERES A FUCKING MISSLE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PLANE11!!!! BUUUUUUSH DID IT!!!!111!!!"

I do not suggest this. I suggest, that of the theories explaining the collapses of 9-11, only controlled demolition has been shown to be physically capable of doing it. I am not alone in this.

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/wtc7.html

http://www.garlicandgrass.org/issue6/Dave_Heller.cfm

http://fe.pennnet.com/Articles/Article_Display.cfm?Section=ARCHI&ARTICLE_ID=133237&VERSION_NUM=1

http://www.physics.byu.edu/research/energy/htm7.html

http://www.blastedreality.net/home.html

"Ok NORAD. On 9/11 there were only 14 fighter jets on alert in the contiguous 48 states. No computer network MF alarm automatically alerted NORAD of missing planes. It doesn't work that way. You guys act like they scramble planes everyday."

Everything you put in this paragraph is false. Amazing consistency of failure, but I am sure you have heard that before (In Bed).

http://911research.wtc7.net/planes/defense/index.html

"I'm not going to go through a timeline with you because all of the conspiracy theorys use different ones and I'm sure the official report isn't going to be good enough for you since it shows that NORAD didn't have enough time to get planes to the WTC."

It is actually the other way around. The Official Timeline has three lines.

http://911research.wtc7.net/planes/defense/index.html

"WTC7 - Pretty simple. For one, it burned for like 7 hours. On top of that, Tower one collapsed raining debris down on the south face of it. The fire, a little dammage from the collapse coupled with a design flaw, down you go."

You are unbelievable. A building, the only on of its kind to ever collapse from fire, is pretty simple for you. What was the design flaw? Or did you just make that up?

http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/attack/wtc7.html

http://wtc7.net/

No, this building fell at free fall velocity into its own footprint and exhibited every characteristic of a controlled demolition. Add to that the admission of its owner of ordering it pulled, and it is pretty simple to make a case for investigating it. The 9-11 Commission (All the President's Men) did not even deem it worthy of mention and 60% of this country still have not heard of it. That kills the Commission's credibility.

"I'm actually a little pissed that I have taken this much time to type all this up seeing as how I'm sure none of this will satisfy any of you. It's funny that the rest of us are expected to believe everything that you guys come up with but anytime we try to refute your claims you have the convenience of stating that the media, the gov't, the gov't's experts, or anyone that doesn't agree with you, is lying or "in on the conspiracy."

We agree on one thing. I am also pissed that you took the time and the energy required to type up this laundry list of ignorant speculation, outright lies and vaguely relevant trivia, without having the decency to do even a half assed fact check on your own spew. From your first sentence, your own link contradicted your claim. You are a part, of a loud group of people who
Are not in on anything with the Media.
Are not part of a Government conspiracy.
Are not 'slaves.'
Are not Secret Agents
You simply believe yourself to be less ignorant than you actually are. If you are too lazy to do the research and to stupid to do the math, please be considerate enough to stay out of the debate. Yes, you might look like an idiot to some people for your silence, but you look like an idiot to everyone when you break that silence.

Sincerely,
-X

Blasted Reality

Seems I'm onto Something

It would seem that people prefer to ingest information through audio/video presentations rather than reading. Luckily, I can do that.

Introducing- Blasted Reality... Killing Time It's blogging, accelerated. I put a selection of my best work over there. In the future I will be putting way more than just my own crap up. Enjoy.

Alert type message: If you have never been to Dick Eats Bush go there and check it out. The guy that runs it is a friend of mine. It is great site, especially if you live in the herbally liberal Pacific NorthWest. He is in a bit of a bind, so if anyone out there could help him out a bit...

ps. You will still get to struggle through my long winded explanations of how and why we are doomed, if you feel so inclined. That will remain the tradition here.

'Sup Port?

First thing- Just to state the obvious, we should never outsource our own National Security. We have Domestic Security Companies that could do the work just fine. Now people are up in arms calling "Racism" on anyone who questions the White House approval of an Arab Company's Security. It is not racism. It would not matter if the Company was Arab, Israeli, European , or Martian, there is no good reason to hire foreign security.

And now to the other support.

Support Our Troops

Breaking News

In other words, "How to use the truth to lie." Break up the whole story and discard important qualifying facts. Here's an example:

In 1995 an Iraqi defector testified before the UN Special Commission. His name was Hussein Kamel. He was Saddam Hussein"s Weapons chief and son-in-law. He testified that indeed Iraq had been developing WMDs in secret.

"The order was to hide much of it from the start, and we hid a lot of that information. These were not individual acts of concealment, but were as a result of direct orders from the top."

As far as the MSM is concerned, that's the whole story. Newsweek did a "breaking news" bit in 2003 about it. Just last week ABC dragged it back out for Nightline and World News Tonight. The interesting thing about all three of these , aside from being 8-10 years after the fact, is the line of testimony they don't talk about.

"All chemical weapons were destroyed," he said. "I ordered destruction of all chemical weapons. All weapons- biological, chemical, missile, nuclear were destroyed."

So, Iraq's top Weapons man testifies a decade ago about Saddam's Secret Weapons program and its subsequent destruction (in '91) and for reasons unknown half of this information is deemed important enough for repeated scoops, while the other half is deemed unmentionable. At least with the ABC coverage, they have tapes of Kamel and Saddam talking about it. Of course, it is still the same information and UN testimony is generally considered to be more credible than audio tapes. Apparently Newsmax did not cover this story when it broke in 95' or during its earlier return.

"Secret audiotapes of Saddam Hussein discussing ways to attack America with weapons of mass destruction (WMD) will be the subject of an ABC "Nightline" program Wednesday night, a former federal prosecutor told Cybercast News Service.
The tapes are being called the "smoking gun" of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. The New York Sun reported that the tapes have been authenticated and currently are being reviewed by the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence."-
Newsmax 2-15-06
At least when CNN and FOX usually put the consumer advisory label "breaking news" up on the screen when they do this type of crap.

On a side note, Kamel went back to Iraq and was killed in '96 by Hussein's forces. Seems Saddam did not like the testimony.

The Story so Far, with Flash

I have finally received enough requests to write this:
Due to the mixed nature of the class, this lesson will be taught in tri-form.
Form 1- I will tell you what happened.
Form 2- Will link to the same material presented in a better way by persons of superior credibility and way more attention to detail than I could ever exhibit.
Form 3- Flash presentations with basically the same material, but also with kewl graghics and music for those of us who want to learn, but not if it involves any effort on our parts.

It will look like this:
Topic/Form 2- Form 1 blah blah blah. Flash/Form 3
For the sake of expediency and laziness we will start with the 2000 Election. At the end of this I will post links to background sites and pre 2000 info sites.

2000-
George W. Bush- Although never having run a single company successfully or otherwise not into the ground, this guy runs for President. Explicit-Bush Flash 99%- Tame Flash

Elected- Appointed actually, Bush was not elected. He was appointed President by the Supreme Court on December 11, 2000. Most of the country did not notice, care, or have any premonition of just how historically infamous this decision was. The first comparisons to Hitler are born, prematurely and that argument dies. Grand Theft America

2001-
Secret Energy Task Force- Cheney gets together with some Oil Barons, a few Mid East Despots, and Satan sitting in for the anti-environmentalists and tree date-rapers. Together they draw up plans for the distribution of future conquered lands and a snazzy pipeline in Afghanistan that the Taliban refuse to allow. Special note here- Check out the Iraqi Oil Field PDFs. They ain't maps, they're proposals. That's thinking ahead... Market speculation bordering on prognostication. A few years later Congress inadvertently stumbles on some of this info while interviewing a few Oil Execs. Fortunately they don't have the Exec's swon in while testifying so there are no problems to fix after the Exec's blatantly lie about their involvement in the task force. Warning: Real images, really fucked up effects Unrelated but timely flash

9-11
What Happened- Nothing remotely similar to the 9-11 Commission report happened that day. Follow the first link here. They are by far the most thorough and credible of the 9-11 websites. Which of course, is saying a lot since technically I own a competitor site. They are better. Mine is Cooler. And the 9-11 Commission should have been called "All the President's Men". It is more accurate. Rise Flash

War on Terror- this is the 7th inning stretch. Take some time and look over a few points of interest before the last couple of innings. Peace Flash

Switch to Saddam- They just lied... Made up connections and ran with it. Lies Flash

Iraq- The oldest rule of War- No one can win a war against a population. Genocide is only effective in creating a smaller, more determined enemy. This War was lost on the day Bush declared Victory. The two events are merely coincidental. Flash Flash and more Flash

2004-

Re Elected- Since he was not elected the first time, should be no surprise here. Try the GAO
report. Actually, I have a pretty well vetted page on this. Where We Stand Flash

Epilogue-

Where is the Media- They are right where they are supposed to be. In '97 Clinton did away with the 7-7-7 law and the independent "free press" was gobbled up by a few giant corporations. TV Flash

Is there any hope? I damn well hope there is!

Or WTFWJD?

I'll say it, mean it and stand behind it!

In any given week I see more free flowing insults regarding the Democratic party than any one party could possibly live up too. But damn if they don't give it one hell of a shot. I have to salute them for an unbelievable effort this time. Read this.

The President has the popularity of syphilis. The Vice Presidents greatest living achievement was shooting a lawyer last weekend. The House is bleeding corruption indictments, the Senate is doing whatever the hell it is Senators do. And the DNC is working like clockwork to make sure none of that effects the RNC's chances of gaining a Constitution Amending majority.

Oh, and here is a picture of the core columns of a WTC tower, just cause a few people said they did not exist.

Hollow core? haha

US to drop TROU, look at THONG

In yet another example of inter-agency miscommunication, the US Intelligence services have been caught with their PANTSS down, again. The Patriot Act Neo Telecommunications Surveillance System or PANTS System recently emailed the particulars of at least two unmentionable programs to Congress. As was reported last week on Bogs Blog, the FBI has been running an anti terrorism program code named "Terrorists Hiding Ordnance iN Garments" or simply "THONG". Congress immediately voted to review the evidence and look into possible misuse of THONG. This unanimous vote also required special closed door sessions of both the House and the Senate. Unbeknownst to them, the NSA was running its own sweep code named "Terrorist Recruitment of Underwear" or "TROU". One thing led to another and as the House and Senate went behind closed doors to ensure proper oversight of the THONG Program, they were instead shown photographs and video of the TROU program in detail. Rumor has spread of the existence of a third program code named "Surveillance of Known International adVisors and Information Sellers" or "SKIVIS". When asked to verify this Rumor, Senator Boxer replied, "No Comment".
The President reassured the Country of the Constitutionality of these programs in a statement yesterday, "Well, I think the best course of action here is to drop TROU and take a good hard look at THONG. We also must do everything imaginagable(sic) to keep PANTSS up while under the current International scrutiny."
He refused to answer questions of whether or not SKIVIS were under TROU or other agency oversight. He did, however, say that if SKIVIS turned out to be involved in TROU, they would probably be dropped as well due to being "stained" by this hole ordeal.

Ghost Writer

Guest Contribution from Doug Barber.

My thought today is to help you the reader understand what happens to a soldier when they come home and the sacrifice we continue to make. This war on terror has become a personal war for so many, yet the Bush administration do not want to reveal to America that this is a personal war. They want to run it like a business, and thus they refuse to show the personal sacrifices the soldiers and their families have made for this country. All is not OK or right for those of us who return home alive and supposedly well. What looks like normalcy and readjustment is only an illusion to be revealed by time and torment. Some soldiers come home missing limbs and other parts of their bodies. Still others will live with permanent scars from horrific events that no one other than those who served will ever understand. We come home from war trying to put our lives back together but some cannot stand the memories and decide that death is better. We kill ourselves because we are so haunted by seeing children killed and whole families wiped out.Others come home to nothing, families have abandoned them: husbands and wives have left these soldiers, and so have parents.Post-traumatic stress disorder has become the norm amongst these soldiers because they don't know how to cope with returning to a society that will never understand what they have endured.PTSD comes in many forms not understood by many: but yet if a soldier has it, America thinks the soldiers are crazy. PTSD comes in the formof depression, anger, regret, being confrontational, anxiety, chronic pain, compulsion, delusions, grief, guilt, dependence, loneliness, sleep disorders, suspiciousness/paranoia, low self-esteem and so many other things. We are easily startled with a loud bang or noise and can be found ducking for cover when we get panicked. This is a result of artillery rounds going off in a combat zone, or an improvised explosive device blowing up.I myself have trouble coping with an everyday routine that often causes me to have a short fuse. A lot of soldiers lose jobs just because they are trained to be killers and they have lived in an environment that is conducive to that. We are always on guard for our safety and that of our comrades. When you go to bed at night you wonder will you be sent home in a flag-draped coffin because a mortar round went off on your sleeping area.Soldiers live in deplorable conditions where burning your own feces is the order of the day, where going days on end with no shower and the uniform you wear gets so crusty it sticks to your body becomes a common occurrence. We also deal with rationing water or even food. So when a soldier comes home they are unsure of what to do.This is what PTSD comes in the shape of - soldiers can not often handle coming back to the same world they left behind. It is something that drives soldiers over the edge and causes them to withdraw from society. As Americans we turn our nose down at them wondering why they act the way they do. Who cares about them, why should we help them?

Soon after writing this, the author committed suicide.
Final Message- "If you're looking for Doug, I'm checking out of this world. I'll see you on the other side."

Crap is Crap, Irregardless of Origin

K9,
In retrospect I look at my latest... It's crap. It is way too easy for me to slide into assault mode. I let myself narrow my focus over at revenge and the outcome was Pavlovian. Anger and subjectivity are the intended emotional responses brought out by sites like that. I fall for it, no matter how prepared. That was the point in my first posted opinion of the cartoons. They serve no positive purpose. This manufactured controversy does nothing except strengthen the violent resolve of both culture's extremists.

"Did you see what those bastards said about us?"

In the long run, that question is the only tangible accomplishment of the entire debate. A few more on each side will tip permanently towards violent interaction.

The rest of this reply is going to focus on the effect on Western civilization here, but my point is identical for the Islamic world as well. Change out the names and you'll see. I am not harping on America, just focusing on familiarity for convenience.

How many messages have you read in the past week that stated,

"Finally, someone is speaking for me! Getting my voice heard!"

As if America has been mute for the last few decades in world affairs. There is no shortage of outspoken pundits pushing an "Our Land Uber Alles" agenda everyday on the radio, TV, internet, and in the UN, Europe, Asia, middle east... And the ones doing it in most of those places are promoting that agenda through the barrel of a gun. Anyone who can not hear the message are either deafened from the bombs or dead.
How is it that with all that, there were still thousands of Americans stifling with frustration until some cartoonist with great vision and understanding came forth and gave voice to their message with a couple fart jokes, a few virgin jokes and a tweaker intense overfilled Mohammed painting devoid of negative space or balance?
It is a ridiculous assertion. The accolades and gratitude in the replies at Revenge had nothing to do with expression or communication. They were thanking him for justifying their most banal thoughts and instincts.

I do not know if you got a chance to read the Tao of Jeet Kun Do as I suggested, but here is where it ties in. There is an extensive section on pride vs self esteem and the inherent ying yang of the two. Self esteem is the positive confidence in oneself that every person must struggle to maintain. Living up to ones own standards of worth and worthlessness consumes a great deal of their daily energy. Even the strongest of us can not hope to win that battle everyday. When we lose, we sink into despair, anxiety, depression. The important thing is that the next day, we begin again and we never surrender to false empowerments.

Pride is the opposite of self esteem. A person who gives up on the positive can regain their confidence by feeding their pride. They attach themselves to ideas or groups who affirm their negative thoughts and desires. In many instances the group bolsters their pride by controlling their environment. Blocking any objective thoughts or contrary information from getting through to it's members.

"Yes, you are right to think as you do. See everyone agrees with you."

I have mentioned my distaste for associating with people who agree with me all the time, haven't I? I have never found it useful to preach to the choir. Worse still is the inherent gullibility we experience in absence of an objective or contrary opinion of events. "Heck of a job, Brownie!" should be more than enough to remind you of that. And that only covers the subtleties. Blatant pride is attachment to an idea or group that empowers its members through the perceptions of outsiders. The KKK, Skinheads, black pride, white pride, gay pride, all work off the principle of intimidation by numbers and or reputation. I do not think I need to explain this effect to any one who has ever been to a rally of any kind.

Now put them together on a global scale and use the information conduits to repeatedly push the most extreme ideas onto their most accepting demographic and you quickly turn reasonable communities into seclusionist mobs. The initial barrage hooks those with no self esteem to begin with. The recurring waves alienate the rest individually and wear down their self esteem until they too succumb to to group think. Add to that a marketed "insight" into the intentions of different groups and soon enough you have the makings for global tribal warfare.

"Finally, someone is speaking for me!"

A confident person with self esteem has no problem expressing themselves. They don't need a mouth piece to explain their place in the world. Sure the cartoons were the free expression of their creators. But billions of people express themselves everyday without having to run their expressions on the front page of every sensationalistic paper and magazine in Europe. There is a huge difference between being heard and being shoved into someone's face. Freedom of speech protects information from being destroyed. It means we can print it. It does not mean we have to. That is the opposite. There is no freedom in forcing someone to say something. The whole conflict serves the lesser evil and chaos. It does nothing to benefit humanity or serve the greater good...

The President Precedent Indictment Scheme

There's this new crap defense, I wish the Cons would quit it
Saying "Hey this is legal, even Clinton did it!"
Wait, back it up. Step away from the bong.
Did you not impeach him quick and say he was wrong?
Give Counselor Starr the power to dig through the past?
To allege Willy's guilt and subpoena his ass?
This was criminal then, you say "but now it's fine?
Post 911 world's different." Have you lost your mind?
Only things that it changed were your rules for your game.
Now you can oppress for freedom. Have you no shame?
The jackpot, the paycheck, the rewards reaped that day.
All paid to your order from Bush to Delay!
Your Cultured Corruption keeps itself out of Jail.
Save your money for bail. In the End it will fail.
Truth's a disease infecting more people each day
this pandemic growth will some day rise up and say
"What you did comes back on you. So you feelin' regret?
In blood you washed your tracks, now in blood pay your debts."
If you take one point from this, make damn sure that it's clear
Live by the sword of terror die by the sword in fear!
Justify all the lies and disguise who's at fault
fill your coffers, accounts, stock up your vaults
Trust your money, your story, you'll never get caught
In the end you cant spend enough for all you bought.
So blame Clinton, blame Islam, blame Liberal hope
Blame whomever you wish while you swing on your rope.

The Plan

K9,
Assuming all that is true, here is the plan:

This is email I sent today. An altered version of this is going out for distribution

War crimes, privacy invasions, criminal negligence, incompetence, cronyism, media manipulation, domestic propaganda, election fraud and being an all around bastard. Put it all together and what do we get? A wave of the hand and the words 9-11. We have got to put forth a concerted effort to take that away from them. It is abundantly clear that nothing Bush does, no matter how heinous is ever going to see investigation or prosecution as long it can be irrationaly construed to somehow combat terrorism.

All of our efforts are in vain. All our strategies are ineffective. Nothing is going to change until we deal with this. As far as I can tell, the average person believes that there has been a cover up. But they don't want to lose face in front of their peers by talking about it. That and they don't view a cover up as sufficient reason to risk their personal bubble. It was not just a cover up and that is provable. We need to saturate every inch of this country with that info. Easy. Here's how.
Drop everything else and do not let up. Nothing else means anything so long as they have the magic words. If we focus all of our energies on putting the Truth about 911 everywhere, the public will have no choice but to accept it. Like Jessica Simpson's career, unrelenting persistence, power rotation, and overexposure will make it happen regardless of resistance.

I know you don't do 9-11. And we both know the 911 truth horde don't to effective promotions. They are way too busy pointing out the trivial minutia in the next guy's presentation to have any energy left over to push their own. You know how to get yourself heard and have the credibility to back this.

I for one am tired of beating dead horses. I want to get to the next level and start beating breathing elephants and cowering donkeys. What do we have to lose? Contact your connections. I'm already buggging the hell out of mine. Anti-war, election reform, media reform, corporate accountability, environmental protection... every cause and every activist has got to accept that their goals can only be achieved by working together on this one.

A year ago we did not have sufficient proof but now we do.

I put together a 15 minute eye opener called "The Produced Reality"

http://www.rss-to-javascript.com/?p=151,381&desc=1&src=http://www.parapolitics.info%2Frss%2F911podcast.xml&as_html=1

No one style will work for everyone, but those links will. For the "Thrill me" crowd there is fast paced flash. For the "Prove it" types there's Scientific documentation. Lecture format for the people who like detail and conspiracy secrets for the curious. And the latest Downing Street Memo buzz ties in perfectly.

Whether or not this new info credible, it still puts the possibility of using planes illegaly to forward a political agenda into the public's thoughts.

And thanks to Hoffman we have easily verifiable evidence refuting the "Debunkers" (Con artist apologists):

Sorry for the length of this letter, but I do not see any other way of breaking through the cabal's defensive BS. Let me know what you think. I am asking every connection I have to get on this. We have 10 months to fix a lot of things or it will be too late. You've been at this longer than me. Do really think anything else can work?

One Crayon over the line... Sweet Jesus!

Damn, I'm confused again. If someone out there could help me out here... I need, once again, to have a few basic "This is how it works" questions answered. Probably going to need those answers explained to me a few times before they can sink in. Well, here goes:

If a journalist uncovers evidence of criminal behavior on the part of an elected official and publishes that information in an effort to inform the public of the nature of its representation,
he is hurting the Nation and arguably guilty of treason?

If a news agency uncovers evidence showing a nation violating not only international conventions, but also its own laws against torture, abduction and murder, then that news agency is not only treasonous if it publishes such information, but also guilty of endangering said Nation's forces abroad?

Any published accounts of one nation's use of tactics and weaponry in direct defiance of the conventions of war it has sworn to to abide by, also endangers the forces of that Nation by inspiring irrational anger in the enemy being attacked by such weapons and tactics?

Attempts to inform the public of the ways in which its representative leaders are utilizing said public's financial, natural and familial resources in ways contradictory to its wishes are nothing more than dispersions cast against the unimpeachable character of the Nation?

But poorly drawn caricatures depicting the enemy's esteemed ancestors, leaders and heroes as subhuman monsters are important steps in bridging the cultural barriers between our peoples? Our troops deployed in regions populated by the followers of the religion depicted should not worry that these cartoons might turn the population all around them against them. And that outrage, indignation and hatred in no way increase violent tendencies in people. These cartoons are a healing, helping, outreach of peace, not a goldmine recruitment blessing for an already growing global Jihad?

The First Amendment guarantees this artist's right to be an asshole. Although I absolutely object to the content I would never support any attempt to censor the work. Freedom means you are going to have to deal with sickening shit like this. It is a heavy price, but it's worth it.

I do not have to stand idly by as this crap is put on a pedestal and glorified as anything more than a cowardly moron's attempt to engrandize himself at the expense of our military. These infantile doodlings are going to bring about the death and dismemberment of an unthinkable number of our soldiers who are currently deployed amidst overwhelming numbers of people whose beliefs demand retribution for this kind of dishonor. Facts are facts, this poor excuse for a painter just bitch slapped a race teetering on the edge of all out Jihad. He did it from the safety of his little studio without any consideration for the men and women who will make the ultimate sacrifice because of him. Do not dishonor those brave souls by elevating this steaming pile of shit into its creator's intended context. He is the lowest form of bottom feeder and I am ashamed to be of the same species. I do not even know what to call this new type of celebrity seeking scum. "Shock Profiteer" or perhaps "Misery mercenary". I don't know... But I do know that the only thing worse than this guy is the motherfuckers who will rally to him and attach themselves to his twisted pride. I can't wait to hear the pundits suddenly embrace the first amendment now that they have a perverted use for it.

Back to the Beginning

"My only regret is that I have but one life to give for my country."
"Liberty or Death!"
Freedom is worth dying for. Everyone seems to agree with that in concept, as long as they aren't the ones dying. Like the song says,
"Everyone wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die."-Peter Tosh

Even the Dead-Red Pro-Bush brigades bleat endlessly on the subject. It's the "Noble Cause" that our soldiers are dying for right now. But are they willing to do it? Let's take a look.
Lately, the topic of Security vs. Civil Liberties has dominated the public discourse. Fox News has been hammering their polls showing terrorism to be more of a concern than the infringement of Rights. Well, there you have it. Every American who said they were willing to allow their rights to be taken from them in order to protect them from terrorists made the decision to not risk dying for freedom. They sold liberty for the possibility of security. They could still get hit by a car, anvil, falling poodle, or any one of the millions of things that kill people everyday, but at least they do not have to worry about exploding Arabs sitting next to them on the bus.

3000 people died on 911. It's a significant number by itself. It is a tiny fraction when compared to the death tolls for cancer, accidents, obesity, suicide, crime, etc.
It's about the same as the number of US troops killed in Iraq so far and less than the number of troops killed in the War on Terror. I don't really understand why we had to create a bigger pile of bodies in retaliation for the first pile of bodies. Maybe we felt some how emasculated and had to show the world we could kill Americans too. I don't know.
We didn't have to do it that way though. We had a back up plan. Remember the advice about plastic wrap and duct tape? Homeland Security advised everybody to buy plastic wrap and duct tape in order to prevent a bio weapon attack. People jumped right on it. In no time at all people in cities across the country wrapped themselves up in patriotic airtight houses and apartments. Approximately 5000 of them did the job so well that no possibly contaminated air got near them for the rest of their lives.
Anyone get the joke? I could not find the exact number, but it's somewhere around 5k deaths due to asphyxiation. Ran out of air. Killed themselves in their own houses just to make sure the boogy man couldn't hurt or kill them.
People do foolish things when panicked. For that reason I thought now would be a good time to remind everyone of a few things they accepted as facts back when everything was a little crazy.
Here's CNN's candid way of letting everyone know who was to blame.
And here is Donald Rumsfailed informing US Forces that the investigation was complete and the guilty parties identified.
Yes, in less than 24 hours we answered the "who, what, when, were, and why's" had reporters in Kabul and bios, with graphics, for everyone involved. Couldn't get a truck of ice cubes to New Orleans in less than six days, but back in the day... we were on it!
