"i just saw "rise" and i loved it. great footage. matches up with the soundtrack very well. youre getting better. #7 is compelling evidence. and the shut up by networks -but look those are the very guys who would love to prove you right. why dont they? i dont think a gig this big can be contained. but i am going over to the site rise said to look at. i will at least take it in rev."
I meant to respond to this a long time ago, because it brings up some serious questions with obvious logical conclusions. You just have to unfocus your eyes sometimes to see the damn sailboat.
The shut up by the Networks... By itself it is unfathomable why the entire industry collectively known as the MSM would simply surrender their objectivity and curiosity and become nothing more than White House stenographers with editors (On an eerily connected point; I have followed more than enough stories in the past year, from beginning to end, to know for certain that the White House transcripts have multiple revision editors.). As Colbert defined it, Decider->Spokesman->Writers->Print. That is journalism. There is no investigation, question, analysis to be had anywhere in the Free Press. As a blogger I hear about the "threat" of misinformation that the Blogosphere inherently poses, but I still have not seen a single retraction from the NY Times for any of their "Front Page WMD Facts" articles written by Judith Miller during the lead up to our invasion of Iraq. Those have been proven to not only be complete misinformation, but also to be intentional piles of Bullshit. So how did a "Kill your Mother for a scoop" mercenary industry go from cutthroat to print rote? Hold that thought.
The Standdown of the Hill. Remember back when Congress was willing to stop all Congressional activity for weeks at a time just to hear about Blow Jobs, Personal Gifts and Cigar Tubes? Back in the day when they'd haul Rock Stars into their Clubhouse, then force the nervous stoners to explain every syllabic detail of their lyrics just on the off chance that Satan might have gotten a few props in reverse on some b side tracks? Hell, there were times when I watched C-Span just for laughs. They'd swear anyone they could then just grill em about stuff for days, hoping and waiting for some idiot to listen to his lawyers advice and plead the 5th. It was like hitting bingo in a bordello. They'd speechify the evils and virtues of shit that had nothing to do with Satan, dope, or rock n roll.
"Bing-the 5th!! Now I get to rant righteously!! I win! I win!"
There are two anomalous behavior changes that transpired in the wake of 9-11. One in the 4th Estate and one in the Legislative Branch. What do these two groups have in common? Well, their main hobbies are dishing dirt on the President and patting themselves on the back for it. Actually there is a third anomaly that had its genesis at the same time, but we didn't find out about it for a few years. The White House, whilst thoroughly taxed in personnel, resources and attention due to its zealous yet unsuccessful pursuit of anyone or anything in any way connected to 9-11, takes an unbelievable amount of its personnel, resources and attention and diverts them into data collection and phone tapping every NONSUSPECT in the country. This is done secretly and without even a shred of legality or legitimacy. Every single tap that is in any way, shape or form even remotely, speculatively connected to Al Qaida, Arabs, or anyone sporting a tan, was given instant warrant approval from the FISA Court. So why such an unprecedented effort to collect information and phone conversations of NONSUSPECTS at the direct expense of our ability to find things like... uh, maybe a 6'6" Mujahadeen leader with bad kidneys and a penchant for cave living? Come on... 2+2=?
Who do you think the first people under the NSA's microscope were? Members of Congress, maybe? Or Journalists and media owners? I'd put my money on Congress first, but you know the Media Boards weren't more than a day or two later. Sure this is speculative. Sure, Ad Hoc Im Prompter Hoc is a fallacy in debate, but in reality profiling is a government policy. Why else would Arlen Specter summon the AG before the Committee then at the last second make the whole affair moot by not swearing him in. Could extortion maybe be a possibility up for debate here? Can we at least look into it? Even if it's for no other reason than to rule it out? Wait did I say "look into it to rule it out"? Yeah, I did. When was the last time Congress did that? Oh yeah, back in the Pre 911 years. Anyone following me or am I way off on this one?

"Examples of the president's signing statements"
April 30, 2006
Since taking office in 2001, President Bush has issued signing statements on more than 750 new laws, declaring that he has the power to set aside the laws when they conflict with his legal interpretation of the Constitution. The federal government is instructed to follow the statements when it enforces the laws. Here are 10 examples and the dates Bush signed them:
March 9: Justice Department officials must give reports to Congress by certain dates on how the FBI is using the USA Patriot Act to search homes and secretly seize papers.
Bush's signing statement: The president can order Justice Department officials to withhold any information from Congress if he decides it could impair national security or executive branch operations."
The Big Picture- Thanks to the lack of situational clarity, the Legislative branch is rendered impotent. Impeachment is effectively removed from the list of possible actions. Note how Impeachment impaired Clinton's Executive Branch and how just the threat of it impaired Nixon's.
"Dec. 30, 2005: US interrogators cannot torture prisoners or otherwise subject them to cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment.
Bush's signing statement: The president, as commander in chief, can waive the torture ban if he decides that harsh interrogation techniques will assist in preventing terrorist attacks."
The Big Picture- It is now possible for Bush to purge political enemies just as despots have throughout history. i.e. All he has to do is decide that 6 million sent to a concentration camp might assist in preventing terrorist attacks. Hitler used the same exact reason for the Holocaust.
"Dec. 30: When requested, scientific information prepared by government researchers and scientists shall be transmitted [to Congress] uncensored and without delay."
Bush's signing statement: The president can tell researchers to withhold any information from Congress if he decides its disclosure could impair foreign relations, national security, or the workings of the executive branch."
The Big Picture- Congress no longer has the right to information gathered or discovered by any scientific group or individual who has received federal funding in any way. The 9-11 Commission might have been shown the impossibility of the Official Theory and proof of Bush's criminal involvement, and not have been allowed to give any of that information to Congress or the Public.
"Aug. 8: The Department of Energy, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and its contractors may not fire or otherwise punish an employee whistle-blower who tells Congress about possible wrongdoing.
Bush's signing statement: The president or his appointees will determine whether employees of the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission can give information to Congress."
The Big Picture- Informing anyone other than the guilty parties of any governmental wrongdoing is now a criminal act. Congress no longer has the authority to subpeona anyone and /or force them to testify under oath.
Dec. 23, 2004: Forbids US troops in Colombia from participating in any combat against rebels, except in cases of self-defense. Caps the number of US troops allowed in Colombia at 800.
Bush's signing statement: Only the president, as commander in chief, can place restrictions on the use of US armed forces, so the executive branch will construe the law ''as advisory in nature."
The Big Picture- Bush no longer needs Congress to declare war. As in Columbia, Bush can order troop deployment/ invasion of any Country. Constitutionally, the Legislative Branch was the only body authorized to approve or restrict military usage with it being the only body authorized to declare War.
"Dec. 17: The new national intelligence director shall recruit and train women and minorities to be spies, analysts, and translators in order to ensure diversity in the intelligence community.
Bush's signing statement: The executive branch shall construe the law in a manner consistent with a constitutional clause guaranteeing ''equal protection" for all. (In 2003, the Bush administration argued against race-conscious affirmative-action programs in a Supreme Court case. The court rejected Bush's view.)"
The Big Picture- The JudicialBranch has just been rendered redundant and impotent in the face of Executive Branch power to construe and define the Constitutionality of any Law it creates or ignores.
"Oct. 29: Defense Department personnel are prohibited from interfering with the ability of military lawyers to give independent legal advice to their commanders.
Bush's signing statement: All military attorneys are bound to follow legal conclusions reached by the administration's lawyers in the Justice Department and the Pentagon when giving advice to their commanders."
The Big Picture- There is no longer any allowable expressed independent opinion
in the US Armed Forces. No views contrary to the official policy may be entertained or suggested.
"Aug. 5: The military cannot add to its files any illegally gathered intelligence, including information obtained about Americans in violation of the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches.
Bush's signing statement: Only the president, as commander in chief, can tell the military whether or not it can use any specific piece of intelligence."
The Big Picture- The full power of the US Military information and espionage services may now be used against the Citizen's of America with impunity.
"Nov. 6, 2003: US officials in Iraq cannot prevent an inspector general for the Coalition Provisional Authority from carrying out any investigation. The inspector general must tell Congress if officials refuse to cooperate with his inquiries.
Bush's signing statement: The inspector general ''shall refrain" from investigating anything involving sensitive plans, intelligence, national security, or anything already being investigated by the Pentagon. The inspector cannot tell Congress anything if the president decides that disclosing the information would impair foreign relations, national security, or executive branch operations."
The Big Picture- The US Military is no longer subject to inquiry or inquest for any action taken, no matter the level of atrocity if it could possibly bother anyone else to know about the atrocity.
"Nov. 5, 2002: Creates an Institute of Education Sciences whose director may conduct and publish research ''without the approval of the secretary [of education] or any other office of the department."
Bush's signing statement: The president has the power to control the actions of all executive branch officials, so ''the director of the Institute of Education Sciences shall [be] subject to the supervision and direction of the secretary of education."
The Big Picture- No opinions or views contradictory to the Official Policy may be entertained or suggested by anyone at any time.
The Big Big Picture- For God's sake!! If you can look at these 10 flagrant molestations of Constitutional Power and not see the jack boots coming down the street , then you are indeed beyond help. It is already too late and you have not even noticed it. Rise!

Or Some such BS. I am of course paraphrasing VP, Vile Predator, Cheney's loving thoughts of Up-Against-the Wall-Mart. Here's what he was talking about...
"No factor of production is more cannibalized than that of labor, because it is human labor more than any other factor that creates value. From the Wal-Mart manager who works a 60-hour week starting at 6:00 in the morning to the teenage girl in Bangladesh who, according to an international lawsuit filed in September 2005, was forced to sew pocket flaps onto 120 pairs of pants per hour for 13 cents per hour (“If you made any mistakes or fell behind on your goal ... they slapped you and lashed you hard on the face with the pants. ... I clean my teeth with my finger, using ash. I can’t afford a toothbrush or toothpaste”), the primary material out of which costs are squeezed is human. It is important to note, by the way, that even Bangladeshi labor law forbids the sort of workplaces patronized by Wal-Mart’s buyers. "
If that's America, shoot me in the face already.

I am a huge fan of Catharsis, Vendetta, and paying ones debts, both good and bad. IF you owe someone something, pay them back in full. That being said... The situation in Israel is FUBAR. Yes, the Holocaust was terrible but that does not give the Israelis the right to reenact it. Currently they are in Act 2, with themselves playing the part of the Germans. Of course that is the Fourth Reich with America and Britain filling out the cast of Axis Powers. Don't believe me?
" This is in the area where Sunday about 150 men were rounded up and contained outside the settlement with gunfire over their heads and around them, while tanks and bulldozers destroyed 25 greenhouses - the livelihoods for 300 people. The explosive was right in front of the greenhouses - right in the point of entry for tanks that might come back again. I was terrified to think that this man felt it was less of a risk to walk out in view of the tanks with his kids than to stay in his house. I was really scared that they were all going to be shot and I tried to stand between them and the tank. This happens every day, but just this father walking out with his two little kids just looking very sad, just happened to get my attention more at this particular moment, probably because I felt it was our translation problems that made him leave."
Read this entire collection of Emails sent by Rachel Corrie, An American Peace Activist who was murdered in Palestine by Israeli farm equipment. Call it anti-Semitic for me to cover this topic. If Semitic means Israeli National policy to commit genocide then Hell yes I am as Anti-Semitic as it gets. Any other definition and you are just playing the race card, a pox upon thee (voodoo retaliation to racial carding). Seriously though. These guys have been killing Americans. That's terrorism by modern definitions. We have a strike force right there. Isn't it about time we fulfilled our obligations to the Divine Bush Doctrine? We will make no distinction between the terrorists and the nations supporting them, regardless of their race, creed, color, or religion. EOB.DFA.

"Vaccine makers helped write Frist-backed shield law - Nashville, Tennessee - Monday, 05/08/06 - Tennessean.com: "Vaccine industry officials helped shape legislation behind the scenes that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist secretly amended into a bill to shield them from lawsuits, according to e-mails obtained by a public advocacy group.
E-mails and documents written by a trade group for the vaccine-makers show the organization met privately with Frist's staff and the White House about measures that would give the industry protection from lawsuits filed by people hurt by the vaccines."
You should read the rest of the article. It gets worse...
On another topic, for everyone who read the 9-11 commission report, The FEMA Fable, and/or the NIST Weird Science Experiments, here's a documentary showing the actual construction of the WTC. In 18 minutes, you are going to have quite a few questions for the Federal Fiction Fellowships. This film shows the 47 Core support columns and the immensene crossbracing that the Official Story denies ever existed. Have fun. Building the WTC

I have heard the thought, "In order to get Congress to vote for anything benefitting the public, we are going to need to get our own lobbyists anmd bribe them!"
Seems like a good idea to me. If anyone knows anything about starting up a lobbying firm, please let me know. I think it just might work.
