Have You Served Your Country?

I was reviewing the recent Misquoting of Lincoln... Wait... Fuck that! That doesn't really identify, explain or define what happened. It actually glosses over the events and activities with a "Nothing to see here" audacity. No, what happened was this. An idiot propagandist dishonored a former President and the very fabric of the American ideals and values that we have lost. He accused the former President of treason to the Constitution and used an anti-American quote as evidence of this treason.
This Congressman, Don Young, R. Alaska, HATES AMERICA SO MUCH THAT HE WOULD DEFILE THE VERY HISTORY THAT SOMEDAY WOULD BE USED TO PASS THOSE TRADITIONAL AMERICAN VALUES ONTO FUTURE GENERATIONS OF AMERICANS. HE TRIED AND FAILED, THANK GOD, FROM POISONING AND KILLING THE FUTURE OF THIS NATION. THAT'S AN AWFUL LOT OF HATRED FOR AMERICA. DAMN... Should we hang him for that?

This reminded me that there has been a great deal of this type of sabotage being perpetrated against our Military. I felt compelled to do my part to counter these Anti-American Assaults.

Please read..

"I,____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God"

That is the Oath, taken by every member of the US Military, upon induction into the Service. Idiot Propagandists have been willfully attempting to Dishonor our Heroes by coercing them into breaking that Oath.

"I,____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;"

There is not a word about defending the Homeland, its people, freedom, justice or any other thing. The Oath is to the Constitution alone. Why only the Constitution? Because as long as it is protected, it alone has the Power to protect everything else. Next line,

"
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;"

From that day on, all who have taken this Oath have but one loyalty, and to that one loyalty they must not only give lip service or half hearted allegiance. They must stay true to it in thought and belief. True Faith. A Pledge of Allegiance , not only of body, but of mind and spirit as well. That is one Hell of a thing for so many to pledge so much of themselves to. God does not require such steadfast devotion. If you served, ask yourself if you have lived up to your Duty.

Next line...

"
and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me,"

What, there is more? But how can one serve two Masters? What if they do not agree on something? Fortunately the framers thought of this dilemma and qualified the addendum thusly,

"
according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God"

That is the key to it all. Sure, do as the President orders or superior officers order, but only when those orders are in accord with the Laws held fast by the Constitution. Those Laws must be at all times followed. So what if the Orders from Men, defy the Laws and the Constitution?

"
The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809.ART.90 (20), makes it clear that military personnel need to obey the "lawful command of his superior officer," 891.ART.91 (2), the "lawful order of a warrant officer", 892.ART.92 (1) the "lawful general order", 892.ART.92 (2) "lawful order". In each case, military personnel have an obligation and a duty to only obey Lawful orders and indeed have an obligation to disobey Unlawful orders, including orders by the president that do not comply with the UCMJ. The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution and not to those who would issue unlawful orders, especially if those orders are in direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ." -Lawrence Mosqueda, Ph.D

I hate to be the messenger hear, but it is my duty to inform the Military and every member of it that they have been Derelict in their Duties and have broken their Oaths. I'm going to chance a guess that the Framers also saw this horrific event and that would be the reason why they chose to finish the Oath of Induction with a plea to a higher power for aid in upholding this Oath.

"So help me God."

Yeah, I'll ask it again...

So help me God.

You might enjoy the following about the Pledge of Allegiance that is mandated by law in some daffy states for robotic chanting every day for 12 years of every childs life. Socialists in the USA originated the Nazi salute, robotic group-chanting to flags, Nazism, flag fetishism, and the modern swastika as "S" symbolism for "Socialism." http://rexcurry.net

Those historical facts explain the enormous size and scope of government today, and the USA's growing police state. They are reasons for massive reductions in government, taxation, spending and socialism.

The "Nazi salute" is more accurately called the "American salute" as it was created and popularized by national socialists in the USA where its use was mandated by law in government schools for three decades before, and through, the creation of the National Socialist German Workers' Party. It was the early gesture of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Many people do not know that the term "Nazi" means "National Socialist German Workers' Party." Members of the horrid group did not call themselves Nazis. In that sense, there was no Nazi Party. They also did not call themselves Fascists. They called themselves socialists, just as their name indicates.

The original pledge was anti libertarian and began with a military salute that then stretched out toward the flag. In actual use, the second part of the gesture was performed with a straight arm and palm down by children casually performing the forced ritual chanting. Due to the way that both gestures were used sequentially in the pledge, the military salute led to the Nazi salute. The Nazi salute is an extended military salute via the USA's pledge.

The Pledge's early salute caused quite a Fuhrer/furor. The dogma behind the Pledge was the same dogma that led to the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): 62 million slaughtered under the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; 49 million under the Peoples’ Republic of China; 21 million under the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. It was the worst slaughter of humanity ever.

The USA originated Nazism, Nazi salutes, flag fetishism, robotic group-chanting to flags, and the modern swastika symbol as S symbolism for "socialism," all shown in the research of the noted historian Dr. Rex Curry.
http://rexcurry.net/book1a1contents-swastika.html

The bizarre acts in the USA began as early as 1875 and continued through the creation of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (German Nazis or NSGWP). American soldiers used the swastika symbol in WWI (against Germany) and the symbol was used by the American military during WWII.
http://rexcurry.net/45th-infantry-division-swastika-sooner-soldiers.html

The NSGWP had clear roots in National Socialism promoted by socialists in the USA. Amazing graphic images that prove the point are at

The USA is still the worst example in the world of bizarre laws that require robotic chanting to a national flag in government schools (socialist schools) every day for 12 years. It has changed generations of Americans from libertarians to authoritarians. The government bamboozled individuals into believing that collective robotic chanting in government schools daily is a beautiful expression of freedom. Frightening photographs are at

where is that crap coming from?

the nazi party does mean national socialist german workers party, it really isnt that unknown, anyone who has been to school knows that.
now, the nazis were not adapted from us counterparts, the nazi ideology was based on mussiolini's facism (which he himself admits was practically made up along the way) and old ayrean racial mythology (swastica is found in ancient pagan religions/occult/achemal texts)
facism arose as a direct counter to communism and socialism, it was considered to be the epitome of capitalism by the world until the war broke out, numerous politicians of the age (including even churchill) can be quoted in awe of the efficency and capability of nazi germany's capitalist economy. musolini described facism as corpratism because the gov't worked with the capitalist industry owners. socialism promotes worker unions while the facist proped up the economy by destroying the unions so the owners could force them to work for less and for longer hours with no benifits aswell as gaing lucritve trade with the rest of the world along with rejecting the treaty of versallies and boosting the economy with a vigerous arms industry..

also the nazis absolutly hated socialism, any actual socialist leanings in the nazi party were eliminated on the night of long knives. in addition there is the fact that the nazis primarily gained support for its anti communist/socialist policies.they beat up socialist candidates and eliminated the socialist parties along with the rest after gaining control of germany. the antisemitism was only a tool and component of the general prejudice against all non-german/ayrean people. hitler rose to power by blaming the commies for gods sake. the largest battles of WW2 were fought between the reds and nazis during the barbarossa campain, if the allies were up against the numbers sent against the reds the nazis would have easily taken the whole of europe.

drop this the nazis were socialist bullshit, they are compleatly opposite ideologies.

oh and while its true that communist regiems were responsible for the worst mass deaths of all time, recall that athouritarian rulership and brutal enforcement of that rule had more to do with the deaths than economic policy. lenin had a civil war yet managed not to have polices that were overtly unfair nor did he have to resort to genocide to quell dissent, once stalin stole power it was a compleatly different case, his polices were rejected by millions and he delt with them with an iron fist just like the tsar would have. dictatorships historicly kill large amounts of people, russia and china had far more people than most nations, so any dictatorship will invariably kill more people. had a capitialist dictatorship arose in russia or china, any dissent would have met the same mass killings.
