Governor Ventura,

You have established that there is problem and what that problem is. i.e. A two party system that has entropied into a corrupt and criminal “Two-faced monopoly” engaged in a polarized pincer assault upon the US Citizenry for nothing more than to feed its patron’s parasitic greed. I commend your bravery in just vocalizing this reality, but you and I both know that that is the easy part. Now it is time to live up to our Oaths of Induction and commit to the solution to these problems. Here’s what I have come up with so far-

1) You are the only person who has a chance of success of accomplishing the Justice that must be done. No one else in this country has the necessary prerequisites to make a viable run for the White House. You have the Executive experience, the courage, the legal rights to run and the wealth, both monetary and life experience to be immune to the bribes, threats and slander that must be faced on this crusade. Additionally, you would rather be surfing than be President. You are the only one who does not want the job, so you are the only one qualified to do the job.

2) Running as Ron Paul’s running mate is pointless. He does not have the presence or unshakable will that you have shown time and time again in interview and hatchet job alike. You have to be the leader. Ron Paul would be your perfect vice President. Imagine if LBJ had 10% of Paul’s commitment to truth and Justice. JFK would have never been shot. No conspirator would martyr themselves before a real judicial investigation and prosecution.

3)This battle will be fought with information, instant communication, syndication and networking. They will come at you sideways and their weapons will be lies, accusations and vague implications of evil-doing. They will plant BS all over the Web then Swift boat you again and again until the people believe their big lies. That is the nature of information warfare. They will overwhelm the discourse with fiction until that fiction becomes fact. Then they will bury you in their “facts”.
4) I can defend you against their cyber strategies and tactics. I am better than them at their game. It’s my game. I can build you a web presence that not only engages the public, but attracts and hooks them. I can build mobile interfaces and lines of communication that will allow you to refute and disprove any liable they spew, instantly and globally. I can broadcast the truth against their lies in real time and dominate search results with that truth, rendering their planted fiction worthless. In short, I can utilize the sum total of human knowledge against their manipulation of the ignorant and fearful. Cast the light of day into the shadows, digitally.. at the speed of light.

5) I don’t want a paycheck, compensation or accolades. I will be fighting for my children’s freedom and living up to my Oath to protect and defend the Constitution. I have a considerable skill set in exactly the science and technology that will decide the next election and I am backed in the corner, fighting for so much more than just my own life. I am neither special, nor unique in this regard, so your support base is legion. The people will stand for you if you stand for the people and with that, you can not lose!

So, are we gonna do this? The revolution is waiting for you, just like you asked us to.

I'm guessin they are somehow oblivious to the pain. Or gettin off on it... Read the article, then the comments. I am sure you will understand why I had to post this comment there...

"I am missing something here… Every poster here has made the claim that Craigslist failed to adequately inform them of the fact that the world is a DANGEROUS place. I have been using Craigslist for over 4 years. Every email I have ever received from every one of 100’s of ads I have ran there, had this statement as its opening paragraph;

“** CRAIGSLIST ADVISORY — AVOID SCAMS BY DEALING LOCALLY
** Avoid: wiring money, cross-border deals, work-at-home
** Beware: cashier checks, money orders, escrow, shipping
** More Info: http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html”

Not only that, but in order to even post an ad on Craigslist, a potential seller must navigate through 2-3 pages of posting options, all of which are headed by this statement or similar, in a font of at least twice the size and weight of the regular page text;

“AVOID SCAMS BY DEALING LOCALLY — IGNORE DISTANT BUYERS (SCAMMERS):

1. Most cashier’s check or money orders offered to craigslist sellers are COUNTERFEIT — cashing them can lead to financial ruin
2. Requests that you wire money abroad via Western Union or moneygram for any reason are SCAMS
3. Learn more on our scams page — avoid scammers by dealing locally with buyers you can meet in person! ”

Admittedly, the text does not blink, flash or come with an air raid siren. I, for one, am glad it doesn’t. Those things would be annoying… They would be even more annoying than the mandatory checking of the “I have read the terms of service…” check box. You know, that box that asks you to give your Word that you have completed a certain task and agree with craigslists position and opinions regarding the assumption of responsibility and liability for interactions through and due to any individual’s decision to post there.

So. Not only did the “Fraud Victims”, posting in this thread, fail to do anything to protect themselves or prepare themselves in any way, from the big bad world, they also have absolutely no qualms breaking their word for nothing more than their own lazyness and needless haste.

I, honestly, believe that the Nigerian Scam artists are not the villians here. They are hardworking, persistent and diligent workers who are actively engaged in bestowing upon all of you, (total strangers) the life skills you should have learned by the age of 8. Critical thought is a criterion of survival. Without it, we as a Nation would devolve into a morbidly obese, blind faithed, outspokenly ignorant, pharmaceutical addicted, manipulated and fleeced consumer caste whom all lack the ability to accept personal blame for the repercussions of their actions…. err. Snap!

A few thoughts on Luna(cy)r Landings

I recently read an article on the the front page of the Oregonian about Nasa rerecording over the original moon landing videos and having Hollywood companies help them remaster some video they "Found" in order to replace the lost footage. It is awesome, where the original footage picked up[ nothing, we can now see advanced CGI effects showing brilliant HD imagery. NASA says that they are only cleaning the footage up and not adding anything... Hmmm? How stupid do they think we are? Oh yeah. Very!

This ain't Star Trek. We can not clean up video images to show something the film did not pick up orginally. We lack the technology. Fuck.

OK and my opinion of the Apollo Missions? Do not believe anything your government tells you!! This too!! Here is why we never landed on the Moon. The Van Allen Belts are between here and there. They are between 7 and 10 Earth radii in width (4,000 miles). That is between 28,000 and 40,000 miles that would need to be travelled through in order to land on the moon. NASA has claimed that the Apollo astronauts were travelling fast enough to get through the Belts without taking life threatening levels of Rad. The Apollo missions were recorded to be travelling 24,000 mph. That would put them in the belts for over an hour at least. The belts would flash cook humans into spam in a minute. Hell, let's say astronauts are bad asses and could make it 5 minutes. They would still be dead. Dead. Dead. That is the reason the Russians did not attempt a manned lunar landing. They competed neck and neck at almost everything. If their movie industry had been up to it, they would faked a landing too.

So if you are interested, there is a valid argument for the conspiracy theorist side.

Self esteem is an individuals sense of personal value. This value is calculated by adding the persons strengths, charms, weaknesses and honor and dividing that sum by the persons awareness of them. It is subjective algebra and X is a daily struggle to maintain. Many individuals find the struggle to be too hard. But with out self esteem to remind them that they truly do deserve to be alive, those who give up on their internal struggle look outside of themselves for that affirmation. They methadone their need for validation with Pride.

Pride is a negative emotion. In the absence of self esteem, an individual will associate themselves with a grouping of others who share some similar traits.i.e. belief system, skin tone, sexual preference, regional birth. etc. Surround yourself with others who have something in common with you, then have everyone pat each other on the back for having this prerequisite trait and what do you get? A false confidence and generally undeserved feelings of worth. The irony is that the common trait binding each group... The unifying similarity celebrated and hailed by the pride group, almost never owes it's attachment to the individual from any choice, action, or accomplishment of the individual. White pride, black pride, gay pride, national pride... I had nothing to do with my birth place, skin color, nationality or romantic attraction tendencies. But if you tell me that I am brave, strong or special because of those traits and you tell me that often and no one says anything to the contrary... I might start to believe I am worth more than someone who has different traits.

Personally, if you follow me around and compliment me on anything repeatedly, I am gonna get the hell away from you. Or more likely, I am going to mock you. Taunt you. Bully you and verbally cut the false confidence out of you like a cancer. I know a lot of people who think I am an evil bitch for the way I treat some people and the things I say. They are probably right. Al I know is that if I was proud of me being something I had no choice in being, or encouraged by numbers and general opinion rather than validity... Then somebody had better come up and friggin ruin my whole parade. Slap me back down to Earth and open my eyes to myself and you better do it fast and hard. Hurt my feelings, please!

I'd always rather be called an idiot and corrected when wrong than be an idiot. I truly believe I deserve to be here and deserve my life because I have worked for it and learned how to keep it.

Now to explain everything. My name is Andi West. I am the Executive Producer of Project 912. 912 is the world's first "Open Source, omni media sci fi franchise". I put that in quotes cuz we totally made up the description for what we are doing. We wouldn't have had to, but it has never been done before. I wanted to just call the whole thing "Nerdvana", but some of the nerds got all huffy and I can not watch grown men OD on albuterol while angrily fiddling with their pda's. So I gave in and we made up the "open source.. etc etc". Oh, I tangent a lot... sorry.

The game is free to play, but weapons, equipment and hirelings will cost $. the weapons and equipment will be purchasable via a buy in credit economy. Hirelings will be actual player characters. There will be no NPC's. As players gain power and wealth, they will be able to interact financially with each other. Either consensually as in hiring for services or non consensually as in stealing from, seizing, raiding and killing for stuff. The 912 Cyber World consists of 2 groups, the Human Resistance and the System. The System controls the government. The Resistance has the initiative. Neither side is forced to go against only the other group, There can be in fighting, backstabbing and all sorts of glorious scandal activity.

Ok, I don't know if that all makes any sense. The concept is so vast that I don't quite have a grasp on the whole thing yet and I have been working on this for a year as the entire IT department. Former Detainees turn to Terrorism.. NFS!!

OK, so CNN's top story is that "Former Gitmo Detainees are Turning to Terrorism." Well, the key word in the sentence is "Turning", not "Returning". If you kidnap me. Torture me. Then release me to my home country, which is still occupied by your military. Guess what.. I am gonna hurt you. I am not going to threaten you or try to scare you. I will be your killer. I will not, therefore be a terrorist. So which Gitmo detainees have become terrorists? Well.. Errr...Of course, the examples CNN gives are of Newly recruited Taliban soldiers. A military force, recognized and credentialed. Hell, CNN even states that one of the "Terrorists" had his Taliban paperwork on him and that the other was an officer. Those are soldiers. Not terrorists.

Other than that basic fact of life and those blatantly ignored definitions, I'd like to say, if we had imprisoned combatants rather than farmers the Pakistanis sold us for $5k a head, this would not be happening. For the combatants... If they were treated as prisoners of war in the first place, this would not be happening because they would be held until the War was over. Hence there would no longer be US forces to attack in Afghanistan. Also, they would have had rights from day one. They would not have been tortured. Etc, etc... Does this make sense to anyone?

Even as F'd up as war is, it has rules. They are there for a reason. Ignoring those rules is criminal and fucking stupid!!! Americans cheered when Bush outspokenly violated those rules. You that cheered.... this is all on you. Friggin morons.

When a few hundred protesters showed up in each of some 30 or 40 cities nationwide on Friday to object to President Obama's stimulus plan, they claimed that the well-coordinated protests had arisen spontaneously in response to a tirade against mortgage bailouts, delivered just over a week earlier, on February 19, by CNBC's Rick Santelli.

Conservative columnist Michelle Malkin enthusiastically called the "Tea Party" protests "a fledgling grassroot movement" and some of the protesters even described themselves as the vanguard of a "new conservative counterculture." Those claims naturally aroused a certain amount of skepticism, since similar activities in the past have proven to be not genuine grassroots activity but so-called corporate "astroturf."

Now fresh revelations suggest that the skepticism may be well-placed. Mark Ames and Yasha Levine allege in their blog at Playboy.com that the protests were planned well in advance, coordinated by old-line anti-tax organizations, and funded by right-wing corporate interests.

"What hasn’t been reported until now is evidence linking Santelli’s 'tea party' rant with some very familiar names in the Republican rightwing machine," they write, "from PR operatives who specialize in imitation-grassroots PR campaigns (called 'astroturfing') to bigwig politicians and notorious billionaire funders. As veteran Russia reporters, both of us spent years watching the Kremlin use fake grassroots movements to influence and control the political landscape. To us, the uncanny speed and direction the movement took and the players involved in promoting it had a strangely forced quality to it. If it seemed scripted, that's because it was."

As described by Ames and Levine, Santelli's call for a "tea party" in Chicago next summer was quickly picked up by a website called ChicagoTeaParty.com and spread from there to the Drudge Report. However, the ChicagoTeaParty.com domain is not new. It was registered last summer by the producer of a right-wing radio show in Chicago and, the writers allege, is one of several tied to the anti-tax group FreedomWorks, which is among the sponsors of the current protests.

FreedomWorks is the latest incarnation of an organization formerly known as Citizens for a Sound Economy, which was founded in 1984 "to anonymously leverage corporate contributions into debates on public policy." CSE had close ties to Koch Industries and became one of the major recipients of grant money from conservative foundations and major corporations such as Exxon, Philip Morris, and General Motors.

In 2003, CSE's affiliate, the Citizens for a Strong Economy Foundation, split off and renamed itself Americans for Prosperity. (That group is also a sponsor of the current protests.) CSE itself merged the following year with Empower America -- another fake grassroots group created by Republican Party insiders to promote conservative candidates -- and formed FreedomWorks.

Posters at Democratic Underground have found that a number of anti-bailout and anti-stimulus groups are hosted by the dedicated servers of Citizens for a Sound Economy. In addition to cse.org, empoweramerica.org, and freedomworks.com, those servers also host such domains as angryrenter.com (which was registered in March 2008 to oppose bailouts for mortgage holders), destimulus.com, earmarkpledge.com, nowallstreetbailout.com, and usteaparty.com.

Any connection ChicagoTeaParty.com may have to this network is not clear, since it is not among the domains hosted on the CSE servers. However, the involvement of FreedomWorks in the protests and the appearance of the apparently related domain "usteaparty.com" suggest that those seeking the origin of the "Tea Party" protests in this area may be on the right track.

Playboy has apparently taken down its story. The Atlantic's Megan McArdle has the full text.

The link between Santelli and the so-called astroturfing groups "is potentially libelous, which is, I assume, why the article disappeared this morning," wrote McArdle.

"If I were Santelli, I'd sue. Aside from the fact that I have absolutely no reason to question Santelli's sincerity, I find it pretty hard to believe that any private group would be willing to front enough money to make it worth a television correspondent's while to risk all his future salary payments."

Republican blogger/pundit Michelle Malkin laid down covering fire for the "tea parties," lampooning their alleged ties to Santelli.

The people take it on the chin, because they think that that is what they are supposed to do. Eventually the status quo becomes unlivable. The people stand up, go find their leaders, go all Clive Barker on the elite and start the whole cycle over again.

Example. The Bourbon Dynasty of France.. circa 1600's. The Bourbon kings amassed the wealth of the Nation into their pockets, partied their asses off and impressed the other European blue bloods with lavish parties. They lit up their hills and reveled while the starving masses starved below. Eventually, the masses had enough and the next day, they had to invent a new device to kill the aristocracy fast enough.

Skip to the present. American ingenuity has solved the "Easy Target" problem of the Bourbons. Instead of one group taking the blame for the economic imbalance, have a two-party system. Make sure to polarize the two groups beyond any rational thought, that way the people on each side will have to stay way the fuck away from the people on the other side. As long as you ca keep 40% of the population spitting insults at the the other side , there will never be enough cohesion to allow for revolution. And don't lose any sleep over the 20% who have enough common sense to stay independent. Both sides hate them.

If you don't believe me, look into the support and financial backing of any politician. They are all paid equally by the same groups. Big Pharma, Oil, HMO's etc... "They are as rich in English title as Scottish ones. Why would they risk that to fight for their country?" -Edward the Longshanks from the Movie "Braveheart".

I saw a game plan that actually made sense the other day.. Fire the Fed and the IRS. Institute a flat tax. Mandatory public funding of all elections. Total transparency of gifts and ifluence. Limit the President to one 6 year term. Limit Congress and the Senate to two terms each. Judicial Appointments to be reviewed by the Public, amd Judicial terms beung indefinite, but not for life. Make a voter ballot style removal procedure. I would add, reinstatement of the 7-7-7 law. Break up the media monopoly. End the War on Drugs. Retract the Hanes Act. Allow Community WI-FI Programs to launch by removing corporate injunctions of Taxpayer benefits for the systems they already paid for.. etc etc..

This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it would be a good start.

The Project 912 team is currently filming episodes in the Pacific North West and was set to launch the site May 25 2009.

What is Project 912? Why are thousands of Glen Beck's viewers either accusing me of hacking his site or joining something called the "Human Resistance"? How did my website get 50,000 hits in an hour thanks to Mr. Beck?

My name is Andros Sturgeon. I am an Internet Media Producer and Entertainment Pioneer. I'm producing an online Science Fiction series here in the Pacific Northwest called ‘Project 912'. Without a doubt, it will be the most subversive series in the history of entertainment. Science Fiction is in my blood, passed on from my father, author Theodore Sturgeon .

A bit of background. About a year ago, I had an idea for a Science Fiction series. A damn good one. Something so unique and so original that I knew it would have legs. I grew up in LA, worked in the industry for almost 10 years and knew a few people. Made some calls set up some meetings and flew out to my old stomping ground in Hollywood.

I pitched 'Project 912' as a TV show... as an online game. As a social networking site. And much, much more. ‘Project 912' is as revolutionary as the Iphone... transfiguration into a whole new entity. It's Web 3.0 or maybe 3.1. Nothing like what we are doing here has ever been done before.

And that was the problem. Lots of doors slammed in my face. A few more on my foot.

So I went back to the drawing board and decided to go completely outside the studio system. I've been quietly working on this for the past year. Next thing I know, Mr. Beck creates a site that sounds very similar to mine and from what I can tell, even gave out my URL, project912.com, by accident, forcing me to pre-launch a bit earlier than expected.

Right now, I have an army of about 40 volunteers, a screen writing team, a storyboard artist and a production team ready to go. Every day people ask to help out. We are just a few weeks from principle photography. But we aren't stopping there. We have an entire world of web content. We have a social networking site up and running and we are designing an online game. The guy who runs the web design part of the Project found an illustrator out of nowhere and is creating a six issue graphic novel. That's being worked on as you read this. Look me up on IMDB.com and you'll see I've gone from 1.8 million in ranking to 250,000. And we haven't gone live yet. The reaction and support was surreal to begin with.

So it's rather funny that I'm getting emails from Glen Beck fans. See, as I said, my series is entirely subversive. It's about a secret war between humans and hidden beings known as "The Threat." In my storyline, everything you experience in this world is put there and manufactured by The Threat to keep humans as a slave workforce. It's a vast, paranoid conspiracy.

The only difference between my storyline and Glen Beck's is the substitution of "The Threat" for the names "Nancy Pelosi and "Barack Obama".

Even funnier is the notion that in going to my site, a frantic message tells you have stumbled onto the human resistance, yet it is quickly obvious that one is dealing with a work of fiction.

However, my email box is currently filled with paranoid rants from Beck's fans, asking me if they can join my resistance thinking my site is his.

I'm not sure if it says more about Beck's fans that they can't tell the difference between reality and Science Fiction, or more that my storyline feels completely real to people.

We'll find out when we go live in the next month or two.

It would appear that Glenn Beck has launched a web site with a similar url to Project 912. It would also appear that he either gave out the wrong url or that his viewers misunderstood the address and have been visiting us.

What Project 912 is...
An open source multi media entertainment concept which is still in development.
The story line has been created.
Multiple web sites have been created as anchors for the concept.
A web series of short video clips is currently in production in Portland, OR and surrounding areas. A 6 issue comic book is being finished at this moment and will be going to the publishers by next month.

Bail out. Bail out. Bait out. We had approve it. It was an emergency. Nothing could delay it, not reason, logic or democracy. One would expect that with such need, the implementation of said urgent salvation would be immediate or at the very least, a priority. So why is it that a month and a half later, they have yet to do anything with the money?
Because the bail out was a cleverly duplicit code named for the last action of rats on a doomed ship. Our economy, in theory, is a free market economy. In reality we have a command economy that is experiencing a premeditated murder- suicide. Our fiet currency is being drowned in a bath tub. How is that possible?

Well, at the onset of an economic downturn, the government allocated a market manipulative amount of money for the sole purpose of manipulating our economy. Investors have now waited for weeks for the allocated money to be divided and en route to its new beholden charity. No one will invest in anything until that money comes out of limbo and is used. There is no point in investing in anything so long as the major factor influencing profit or loss is governmental interference. Yes, the government knows what they are doing. No they are not doing anything to positively influence our economy. They are merely waving their bail out over the market like a voodoo totem. Thanx to a comment I received from someone, I feel the need to explain just where I am coming from politically.

9 years ago I was put on the federal watch list of right wing militia psychos. I have stated repeatedly that Clinton should have been impeached for the massacre of the Branch Davidians at Waco. Anyone who believes the "Official" story is severely lacking in the ability to think critically. Let's just look at the 1st point of that story. Heavily armed ATF agents were dispatched to a Religious Compound to check on the well being of the congregation's children. Does that sentence make any sense? No. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire Arms? There is nothing in their Charter that kids can even purchase. Normally, agents from CYFD or a similiar state agency would make the housecall, accompanied by Sheriff's officers if need be. After that part, the official story really falls apart fast. So, there I was as an outspoken Right Wing Domestic Threat.

For the last 5 years I have been listed as a leftist threat. Yes, even to the point of temporarily blessing the no fly list with my presence. Why? Cuz I made some educational videos about basic physics and released them onto the web. Due partly to my having taken Physics at one point in my life, but mostly due to my having blown a lot of shit up, I could not accept the "Official" story of 911. Well, that made me a Leftist Threat and possible Domestic Terrorist. So if you look at the records, I flip flopped like FAA Testimony before a Congressional Commission. (That's quite a bit of flappin!)

Funny thing is, I have not changed.
My political views are quite plain and understandable. I want small government. Tax money to go towards uplifting social programs, improved infrastructure and education. And for us, the US, to get out of the business of killing people all over the world. Let me explain these 3 ideas.

By small government, I do not mean classifying 80% of what the government does so no one can see the size of it.
I mean, returning traditional county and state responsibilities, like law enforcement, to the counties and states.
I want to know that an aspirin is an aspirin, but I should not have to sneak into Canada to buy it. We have Anti-Trust laws on the books. Use 'Em.
We have Labor Laws on the Books. Enforce 'em. Punish the Companies hiring illegal immigrants and they will be forced to stop. Then, with no demand for them here, those immigrants will be far less likely to make the trip. That beats the hell out of building a garrisoned Fortress America wall and quartering an army in the Southwest.
Also, have reviews of Pork Barrell spending that actually effect the originators of the crap legislation.

Uplifiting Social Programs? Well, like Workfare, or funding vocational and higher education for everyone and yes, if need be... welfare. We spend enough money a week fucking up Iraq to feed every person in this country 3 out of those 7 days. So yeah, I'd much rather see everyone with a big block of Government Cheese than the eyes of one more Iraqi child with nothing left but the need to seek revenge against us. But here, if you have not seen that enough those eyes, I made this for you.

Finally, the part about not killing anyone. That I believe is self evident in the words "...get out of the business of killing people all over the world". I know it might be hard for some to grasp, but if you kill a person, you do not win the Hearts and Minds of the people who loved that person. So, if you do not want the people of the world to feel compelled to strap bombs to their asses and run at us, you need to stop giving them reasons to do just that. So stop bombing them. Eventually, they won't want to grow up to be terrorists anymore.

Well, Palin is guilty of one of these two heinous acts. You decide which for yourself. Either she was dragging her kids, who had no business being there, all over the country on the Taxpayers dime. Just flying that First Class Welfare ticket with no plans on earning it, or she was forcing her poor Oliver Twistish children to travel long hours and endure that misery in order to use them to perform tasks and labor which she apparently thought to be beneath her well paid staff. I always hated open book tests. I am really good at knowing the required info, but if the test was open book that meant that the questions were vague and unimportant. Never discussed, lectured or learned by the class, so the idiots could play "Where's Waldo" for the answers and I would be forced to play along.. But I never would. I'd just shift into "The answer is generally C. It is almost never D or E unless an all or none grouping is present." Strategy of test taking. Playing the averages never failed me. During my ACT, I was at that intoxicated point between full drunk and eventual sobriety that really hurts, so I just marked C the whole way and went to sleep. Got into College level Algebra with points to spare. Sure it brought down my composite, but if my ass wasn't getting a grant for a 32, it wasn't gettin one for anything. Caucasian here... A perfect score would have meant nothing for me.
Ok, to my point. I have been way too busy to truly follow the Bail out and I do not feel like lookin anything up, so I am gonna weigh in on this open book test from memory and my knowledge base. I saw this coming a long time ago so as long as it followed the proscribed actions.. I know what is up.

So, here is the issue. If it is in the best interests of the US to say our economy is fine and make it so, why have they not utilized this truly "Voodoo" economic tool? Because this is part of a larger plan. The collapse of the Banking structure in America is one more action in a concerted effort on the part somebody to make America into what it wants to be... A Global Military Empire and Shock Trooper Breeding Ground. Sure we will be the muscle, but who will be the Brain? Well, name one country we have deferred to in all things. Good Old WTC 7,

I think this is the point where most people over estimate the event, it's creators, and the prep work. But first, good ole #7. This is really the key to the whole thing. Not to conspiracy but to profiling the masterminds. #7 was a cluster fuck of bad judgment. It was timed poorly, dropped perfectly and expected to simply vanish from the collective memory. It almost did. In recent history we have had 2 other events with the same signature disregard for reality. Oklahoma City and Waco.

Waco was the first and the gutsiest use of the media to completely alter the public’s perception of an event. More so it created the reality. We were told that 160+ people locked themselves in a compound for the purpose of worshipping the Anti-Christ and raping a bunch of kids. When discovered, they ambushed the surprised and outgunned ATF agents who only went down there that day to check on the well being of the children. After a long struggle the ATF escaped and called in the FBI to negotiate a surrender. In that position the FBI used a non violent approach. Heck, they didn’t even fire a shot. To spite this peaceful delegation, the Davidians decided to immolate themselves. Please disregard any evidence to the contrary you may have seen. Like the tanks pumping cz into the building. The incendiary grenades thrown thru the windows to ignite the gas. All the FLIR video of suppression fire from multiple persons outside the compound, which actually worked to push the victims, I mean cultists back into the inferno. Oh, and please don’t listen to any of the hours of 911 tape from the devil worshippers. They were trying to win the propaganda war with their completely insincere, but amazingly well acted pleas for help to the police.

Not only is the accepted story complete BS with no supporting evidence and a mountain saying otherwise, but it doesn’t even need the easily disproven claims like ”The FBI didn’t fire a single shot”! Did anyone care that 160+ citizens were besieged and burned to death for failure to pay an arsenal tax on 2 purchases of 5000 rounds of ammo? No. And that is what really happened. That was why the ATF stormed the complex. When you buy ammo, any purchases of 5000 or more rounds has a tax on it called an arsenal tax. I can't remember the rate, but it is more than high enough to make people avoid it. If you shoot, 5000 rounds is not a whole lot. I'll run 2k through a hand gun for practice any given afternoon. Of course, if you shoot you also have at one time or another gone to 2-3 different stores and bought 4500 rounds at each. Why pay the tax? Well, cuz that's illegal. It's tax evasion. Everyone does it though. The Davidians did it and were put to death for it. Kinda like getting lynched for Jay walking. Then came Oklahoma city. 4800# of anfo was driven 50 miles by 2 guys, placed outside a building, detonated and it went off like Cardinal Slip E. Phist on a preschooler at a Catholic Mixer.. Bullshit. That much anfo, would have made a hole in the parking lot that would not need immediate repair. Plus, you can’t move it once mixed and that is saying you have the chemistry degree and OCD necessary to mix the manure and gasoline perfectly. They could have gone to the reservation and bought $100 dollars worth of m-80s and had a much more powerful explosive.

So there we have two incidents with absurd explanations swallowed hook line and sinker like coke filled condom at a border crossing. And you know what? Other than the experts: i.e. generals, the guy who invented flir cameras, demo crews, physicists, professors and the like, you know smart people, not a single person has even noticed.Now look at #7. The powers that be put 15 million worth of upgrades into #7 within a year of 9-11. One whole self contained floor with blast proof windows, it's own air and water, every possible type of communication device and mile high security for no reason whatsoever. Then, on 9-11 Rudy, “I busted two Irish guys and called them the mob” Juliani holds court there with Fema and about 30 business associates on the same day the buildings were hit. Of course, something went wrong. The buildings did not go boom when the planes hit. They didn’t even shimmy much. Why? Because they were designed to do that when hit by planes. Not if, when. It was a priority of the architect to make ‘em plane proof. So the Hollywood FX circuit board fails to trigger the explosions on impact. What now? Start checkin wires. This goes on for a little less than an hour. Someone phones and Rudy and his buddies come flying out of #7 like their lives depended on it. Of course, I would have bolted 52 minutes earlier when the second plane came in. Not them though. They stayed bravely until 4 minutes before the first tower goes off. That’s lucky timing. Why did they run then? Well , for 52 minutes a couple of demo gurus have been randomly zingin wires to see what works. That has caused random booms on the other end, destabilizing the buildings. They figure they better light one up before it fall across the city. The tech guy tells Rudy that he doesn’t know if the tops will pop to dust on the way down. You see towers were built plane proof, but the wires connecting the sequencer to the bombs like the Bush family to corporate bail outs wasn’t . The mild fires could have removed the insulation the wires needed to carry current down the line. Side note- Somehow, the guys at homecoming Queen (Popular, right?) Mechanics mix this up with the idea that without asbestos mittens, steel melts at toaster temperatures. Actually they would have lasted forever with or without the fireproofing. Now back to Rudy-tooty-haulin-booty out the building. He and his posse exit building left and inadvertently start the next big fashion trend for Asia. Air filter masks. A couple shots of the great escapees whipping their ‘don’t leave home without ‘em’ breath masks and the next two years China goes Chin-less, mouthless, and noseless under Rudy’s fad fashion sense. It takes a great man to think to pack an air filter on a beautiful autumn day. I would never have guessed that I would soon be in a shit cloud of asbestos if I’d been in his shoes that day.

Speaking of Asbestos. Funny coincidence here. If not for the Wars, Halliburton would have been sunk under the weight of all the lawsuits Cheney got as a surprise gift for buying a piss ant company a couple years earlier. The terrorists really did him a favor by putting Halliburton back in the black with cost plus one contracts to provide everything but the bullets and the bodies needed to hunt down and kill those terrorists. And it really helped when legislation was passed to keep the homeland secure from trivial lawsuits for alleged losses people claimed when their loved ones died of Mesothelyoma. If you don’t know what that is, watch late night TV commercials. Yep., nothing more dangerous to the US than trivial lawsuits putting hurtful cash drains on the asbestos industry just because it knew it was killing people when it kept their steel from burning up in fires.

But, wait, the Homeland is more than just asbestos manufacturing companies run by Cheney, Right? Thanx for the reminder. Brave Billy Frist saw the vulnerability and attached protections for the ‘barely keeping their heads above water’ pharmaceutical companies, to the Patriot acts 1 and #2. So what if your kid has a pound of Mercury in his head and can’t spell dad backwards at 18? He didn’t get the flu did he? See, vaccinations are important and best preserved cheaply.

Back to the story.The 1st tower goes off. The top thirty floors do a redneck cannonball at #7, but turn to dust like a Buffy bad guy half way down. Six is sunk under the powder, but 7 lives to die another day... or 5 hours later, whichever comes first.Everybody gets what they want. Rudy goes on to run for the Senate. Too bad the ass cancer holds him back (Maybe there is a God!). Rummy gets to play Napoleon in the upcoming reenactment of Waterloo. Bush gets respect and everyone forgets about the election he stole. Cheney gets the Middle East and most of America. Big Pharma gets to sleep soundly at night knowing that the next generation is going to be to fucked up on ethyl-mercury to even say litigation, let alone spell it or try it. The Nuclear weapons industry gets to pull out all that pesky waste they've been hiding in storage sheds and sell it to the Pentagon. The Pentagon gets to equip the military with super bullets that not only kill the enemy, but also take care of any vets who survive the two stop loss wars. Think of what they can do with all the money they save since none of the guys they promised to pay at retirement will live that long with lungs full of DU. Social Security will be fine, since the asbestos floating around the East coast will keep just about everyone there from making it to 65. Silverstein gets 3,5 billion in insurance for a 300 million dollar 6 week investment and he saves 800 million thanx to terrorist asbestos removal. Everyone lives happily ever after, rich and righteous.Well, except the common man that is. Screw them. A Brief Opinion on Cern and Doomsday

This Wednesday scientists will be firing up the Large Hadron Collider at Cern. If you do not know what this is... take a minute to familiarize yourself with it here. Sorry about that educational format, but she is solid on the science. Would have been a lot better if she had Crunk'd it, but you really can't expect nerds to know hip hop..

Now as I was saying, the LHC gets turned on this Wednesday. I have heard a lot about the dangers of tinkering in God's Playground. I do not, normally, weigh in on scientific discussions due to my opinion that there is no such thing as Scientific Opinion. Science is based on fact and the search for facts. True, thanks to modern day degradation of vocabulary, most people believe the word hypothesis to be synonymous with opinion, but that is not correct. An opinion is an arbitrary belief in something , where in an hypothesis is the projected outcome of an action, extrapolated from review of similar actions and deemed to be most likely based on current knowledge. See the difference? So, I find it very hard to argue Scientific issues. If both sides have done their work thoroughly, there should be no argument. Principles before Personalities. Dig?

That being said... "OMG it's the End of the World!!" or at least that is the argument you will hear coming from the many groups opposed to smashing little tiny things together at unbelievable velocity. Are they correct? Yes, but that has little to do with this. Can this machine, possibly, do the things they are warning us of? Yes, but that is no reason to stop the project. If, worst-case-scenario fears actually happen, it will not effect you, me or the human race anyways. It is a matter of competing dooms days. If a micro black hole was created, it would sink to the center of the gravity well and begin consuming matter at a constant rate. By the time it had consumed enough matter from this planet to be noticeable, any local denizens effected would be of the "radioactive slag eating" kind. We currently have a planet destroying chain reaction en route to the center of our gravity well. We call it Chernobyl 4. It is a ""China Syndrome" unstoppable chain reaction. It is just reacting at a much slower pace than anyone had thought a "China Syndrome" would.
We have time, it seems. As a matter of fact, it is very unlikely that that will bother the human race either. It is far more likely that the human race will be killed off by climate change, current US Foreign Policy or some "Damn fool thing in the Balkans". Yes, Corporatism, Brinkmanship and Bravado are still our top threats.
The LHC on the other hand, might actually give us enough of an understanding into the nature of things to save our asses from ourselves. So, if at any point you find yourself in an argument over the safety and sanity of the LHC, please remind everyone involved that their sudden concern for the well being of the race and the future of the planet is far too little and far too late to be anything but Hypocritical.
And to the Scientists hard at work at Cern, "Smash on, you beautiful little nerds! Smash on!!"

You may have noticed that I do not update the Post Apocalyptic very often anymore. Sure, some of that is laziness, but most of it is that I have covered most of the subjects I needed to cover and I do not wish to just rant repeatedly like a crazy person. Although I do seem to do that more than one would if one really did not want to. But enough about that. Today I was awoken with inspiration to write. Sounds all nice and positive , doesn’t it? Hell no. This morning I was awoken by Condoleeza Rice’s Skeletor-if-he-could-only-be-that-evil grin and what it was saying was even worse,

Then the Georgian Military stuck around long enough for Russia to use that massive army. After which, the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili stated that he never wanted to face the full potential of the, soon to be red again, army of Russia. Well, that’s great. You maybe, kinda, shoulda gotten the fuck out of their way.

Now don’t get me wrong. I have no opinion on this issue either way. I just have issue with the controlled and purposeful manipulation of our media as it is used in blatant fashion to control the minds and hearts of my fellow citizens. Why would our Government and media collude to do such a thing you ask? Well here’s one reason. I’ll let you know when I find some more. And I will find more crap like this... You know I will.

The countries which do not agree to become the U.S. slaves are China, Iran, Libya, Cuba, Syria [Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Sudan, Indonesia, Malaysia] and Russia. Whoever committed the act of 11 September are not the friends of the American people. I have already said that we are against the American system, not against its people, whereas in these attacks, the common American people have been killed. According to my information, the death toll is much higher than what the U.S. Government has stated. But the Bush Administration does not want the panic to spread. The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the U.S. system, but are dissenting against it. Or those who are working for some other system; persons who want to make the present century as a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity so that their own civilization, nation, country, or ideology could survive. They can be anyone, from Russia to Israel and from India to Serbia. In the U.S. itself, there are dozens of well-organized and well-equipped groups, which are capable of causing a large-scale destruction. Then you cannot forget the American Jews, who are annoyed with President Bush ever since the elections in Florida and want to avenge him.

Then there are intelligence agencies in the U.S., which require billions of dollars worth of funds from the Congress and the government every year. This [funding issue] was not a big problem till the existence of the former Soviet Union but after that the budget of these agencies has been in danger. They needed an enemy. So, they first started propaganda against Usama and Taleban and then this incident happened. You see, the Bush Administration approved a budget of 40 billion dollars. Where will this huge amount go? It will be provided to the same agencies, which need huge funds and want to exert their importance. Now they will spend the money for their expansion and for increasing their importance. I will give you an example. Drug smugglers from all over the world are in contact with the U.S. secret agencies. These agencies do not want to eradicate narcotics cultivation and trafficking because their importance will be diminished. The people in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Department are encouraging drug trade so that they could show performance and get millions of dollars worth of budget. General Noriega was made a drug baron by the CIA and, in need, he was made a scapegoat. In the same way, whether it is President Bush or any other U.S. President, they cannot bring Israel to justice for its human rights abuses or to hold it accountable for such crimes. What is this? Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United Sates? That secret government must be asked as to who carried out the attacks.

Daily UMMAT: A number of world countries have joined the call of the United States for launching attacks on Afghanistan. These also include a number of Muslim countries. Will Al-Qaida declare a jehad against these Islamic countries as well?

USAMA BIN LADEN: I must say that my duty is just to awaken the Muslims; to tell them as to what is good for them and what is not. What does Islam says and what the enemies of Islam want? Al-Qaida was set up to wage a jehad against infidelity, particularly to counter the onslaught of the infidel countries against the Islamic states. Jehad is the sixth undeclared pillar of Islam. [The first five being the basic holy words of Islam (There is only one God in the entire universe and Muhammad is the last Prophet of God), prayers, fast, pilgrimage to Mecca and giving alms (zakat).] Every anti-Islamic person is afraid of jehad. Al-Qaida wants to keep jehad alive and active and make it a part of the daily life of the Muslims. It wants to give it the status of worship. We are not against any Islamic country. We do not consider a war against an Islamic country as jehad. We are in favour of armed jehad only against those infidel governments, which are killing innocent Muslim men, women and children just because they are Muslims. Supporting the U.S. act is the need of some Muslim countries and the compulsion of others. However, they should think as to what will remain of their religious and moral position if they support the attack of the Christians and the Jews on a Muslim country like Afghanistan. The orders of Islamic Shariah [jurisprudence] for such individuals, organizations and countries are clear and all the scholars of the Muslim brotherhood are unanimous on them. We will do the same, which is being ordered by the Ameer-ul-Momeneen [the commander of the faithful Afghans] Muhammad Omar and the Islamic scholars. The hearts of the people of Muslim countries are beating with the call of jehad. We are grateful to them.

Daily UMMAT: The losses caused in the attacks in New York and Washington have proved that giving an economic blow to the U.S.is not too difficult. U.S. experts admit that a few more such attacks can bring down the American economy. Why is Al-Qaida not targeting their economic pillars?

USAMA BIN LADEN: I have already said that we are not hostile to the United States. We are against the [U.S. Government] system, which makes other nations slaves of the United States, or forces them to mortgage their political and economic freedom. This system is totally in control of the American-Jews, whose first priority is Israel, not the United States. It is clear that the American people are themselves the slaves of the Jews and are forced to live according to the principles and laws laid by them. So, the punishment should reach Israel. In fact, it is Israel, which is giving a blood bath to innocent Muslims and the U.S. is not uttering a single word.

Daily UMMAT: Why is harm not caused to the enemies of Islam through other means, apart from the armed struggle? For instance, urging the Muslims to boycott Western products, banks, shipping lines and TV channels.

USAMA BIN LADEN: The first thing is that Western products could only be boycotted when the Muslim fraternity is fully awakened and organized. Secondly, the Muslim companies should become self-sufficient in producing goods equal to the products of Western companies. Economic boycott of the West is not possible unless economic self-sufficiency is attained and substitute products are brought out. You see that wealth is scattered all across the Muslim World but not a single TV channel has been acquired which can preach Islamic injunctions according to modern requirements and attain an international influence. Muslim traders and philanthropists should make it a point that if the weapon of public opinion is to be used, it is to be kept in the hand. Today's world is of public opinion and the fates of nations are determined through its pressure. Once the tools for building public opinion are obtained, everything that you asked for can be done.

Daily UMMAT: The entire propaganda about your struggle has so far been made by the Western media. But no information is beingreceived from your sources about the network of Al-Qaida and its jehadi successes. Would you comment?

USAMA BIN LADEN: In fact, the Western media is left with nothing else. It has no other theme to survive for a long time. Then we have many other things to do. The struggle for jehad and the successes are for the sake of Allah and not to annoy His bondsmen. Our silence is our real propaganda. Rejections, explanations, or corrigendum only waste your time and through them, the enemy wants you to engage in things which are not of use to you. These things are pulling you away from your cause. The Western media is unleashing such a baseless propaganda, which makes us surprise but it reflects on what is in their hearts and gradually they themselves become captive of this propaganda. They become afraid of it and begin to cause harm to themselves. Terror is the most dreaded weapon in modern age and the Western media is mercilessly using it against its own people. It can add fear and helplessness in the psyche of the people of Europe and the United States. It means that what the enemies of the United States cannot do, its media is doing that. You can understand as to what will be the performance of the nation in a war, which suffers from fear and helplessness.

Daily UMMAT: What will be the impact of the freeze of Al-Qaida accounts by the U.S.?

USAMA BIN LADEN: God opens up ways for those who work for Him. Freezing of accounts will not make any difference for Al-Qaida or other jehad groups. With the grace of Allah, Al-Qaida has more than three alternative financial systems, which are all separate and totally independent from each other. This system is operating under the patronage of those who love jehad. What to say of the United States, even the combined world cannot budge these people from their path. These people are not in hundreds but in thousands and millions. Al-Qaida comprises of such modern educated youths who are aware of the cracks inside the Western financial system as they are aware of the lines in their hands. These are the very flaws of the Western fiscal system, which are becoming a noose for it and this system could not recuperate in spite of the passage of so many days.

Daily UMMAT: Are there other safe areas other than Afghanistan, where you can continue jehad?

USAMA BIN LADEN: There are areas in all parts of the world where strong jehadi forces are present, from Indonesia to Algeria, from Kabul to Chechnya, from Bosnia to Sudan, and from Burma to Kashmir. Then it is not the problem of my person. I am a helpless fellowman of God, constantly in the fear of my accountability before God. It is not the question of Usama but of Islam and, in Islam too, of jehad. Thanks to God, those waging a jehad can walk today with their heads raised. Jehad was still present when there was no Usama and it will remain as such even when Usama is no longer there. Allah opens up ways and creates loves in the hearts of people for those who walk on the path of Allah with their lives, property and children. Believe it, through jehad, a man gets everything he desires. And the biggest desire of a Muslim is the life after death. Martyrdom is the shortest way of attaining an eternal life.

Daily UMMAT: What do you say about the Pakistan Government policy on Afghanistan attack?

USAMA BIN LADEN: We are thankful to the Momin and valiant people of Pakistan who erected a blockade in front of the evil forces and stood in the first file of battle. Pakistan is a great hope for the Islamic brotherhood. Its people are awakened, organized and rich in the spirit of faith. They backed Afghanistan in its war against the Soviet Union and extended every help to the mojahedeen (freedom fighters) and the Afghan people. Then these are very Pakistanis who are standing shoulder by shoulder with the Taleban. If such people emerge in just two countries, the domination of the West will diminish in a matter of days. Our hearts beat with Pakistan and, God forbid, if a difficult time comes we will protect it with our blood. Pakistan is sacred for us like a place of worship. We are the people of jehad and fighting for the defense of Pakistan is the best of all jehads to us. It does not matter for us as to who reforms Pakistan. The important thing is that the spirit of jehad is alive and stronger in the hearts of the Pakistani people.

Nearly every time, in the last year and a half, that I have brought up the topic of our no longer being a free country, someone has attempted to misdirect the debate by contrasting our way of life against China's. Of course it is a logical fallacy. Pointing out the shortcomings of others does nothing to remove one's own faults. Even adds to one's faults most of the time, but that is neither here nor there... The standard misdirection ploy goes like this...

Reverend X- "I do not believe that we should be spending $ .55 of every tax dollar on ways and means of killing other people's children. No matter how often they burn our flags."

Rush Parrot- "Oh yeah... Well in China, nobody would be able to hear you say things like that 'cuz they are way worse than here!! So shut the fuck up!!"

Well, not that I actually thought that I could show these people the idiocy and irony dripping from their hate fueled ignorance, but now I doubt I'll even get the chance to try... If you took a good look at the picture atop this article, you will notice that the screen is mostly blank. All it has written on it are the words,

Bush Administration Claims vs. The Facts

How did the U.S. government lead its people to war?

In order to build confidence and garner support from the American public, the Bush administration painted a rosy picture of how the Iraq War would unfold. Bush officials presented themselves as competent, efficient and concerned leaders, ready to handle any challenge the war might present.

Among the assurances made by the Bush administration to the public are the following:

Ten Assurances by the Bush Administration

1) The Iraq War won’t cost a lot of money
2) We are prepared for every contingency
3) We won’t need a lot of troops
4) We will bring peace and freedom to Iraq
5) We will find WMDs
6) We will be welcomed as liberators
7) We have the best plan available for victory
8) The Iraq War will transform the Middle East
9) It will be easy
10) It won’t take long

Assurance #1: The Iraq War won’t cost a lot of money

• RUMSFELD: The Office of Management and Budget estimated it [the cost of war] would be something under $50 billion dollars.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Outside estimates say up to $300 billion.

RUMSFELD: Baloney.

• Testimony before the House Appropriations Committee, March 27, 2003:

WOLFOWITZ: There’s a lot of money to pay for this. It doesn’t have to be U.S. taxpayer money. And it starts with the assets of the Iraqi people... We are dealing with a country that can really finance its own reconstruction and relatively soon.

The war has exceeded $500 billion in costs as of 2008 – and probably in excess of a trillion dollars when all costs, such as caring for wounded soldiers over time, are included.

In estimating the cost of the war, Bush officials attempted to assuage people’s concerns about the financial burden by focusing on the short-term, direct military costs (the cost of the invasion) – and by not accounting for a long-term occupation of Iraq, the possibility of an insurgency and ongoing violence, as well as significant reconstruction costs.

The Bush administration further claimed that the reconstruction costs would be mostly offset by Iraqi oil revenues, which has not been the case.

Furthermore, the lack of support from the international community for the war has placed the primary financial burden on the U.S.

Assurance #2: We are prepared for every contingency

• RUMSFELD: The task of war planners is to plan for every conceivable contingency, and they are doing that, from the most pessimistic to the most optimistic.

• RUMSFELD: You can be sure the United States isn’t going to do anything that it’s not capable of doing. And if we do something, we’ll be capable of doing it.

There is now a consensus that the U.S. did not adequately plan for the invasion and its aftermath:

“The Bush administration's failure to plan adequately for the postwar period has been well documented. The Pentagon, for example, ignored extensive State Department studies of how to achieve stability after an invasion, administer a postwar government and rebuild the country. And administration officials have acknowledged the mistake of dismantling the Iraqi army and canceling pensions to its veteran officers -- which many say hindered security, enhanced anti-U.S. feeling and aided what would later become a violent insurgency.” - Washington Post, 6/12/2005

Assurance #3: We won’t need a lot of troops

On February 25, 2003, General Eric Shinseki, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee that “several hundred thousand soldiers” would be needed to secure postwar Iraq.

• Days later, Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz countered by saying:

afdsWOLFOWITZ: Some of the higher end predictions that we have been hearing recently, such as the notion that it will take several hundred thousand U.S. troops to provide stability in post-Saddam Iraq are wildly off the mark.

On November 15, 2006, testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee, General John Abizaid, Commander of U.S. Central Command, said:

“General Shinseki was right that a greater international force contribution, U.S. force contribution, and Iraqi force contribution should have been available immediately after major combat operations.”

Assurance #4: We will bring peace and freedom to Iraq

• PRESIDENT BUSH: America’s interests in security and America’s belief in liberty both lead in the same direction: to a free and peaceful Iraq.

The idea of invading Iraq to bring “peace and freedom” disregarded the prescient warning of Bush’s father President George H.W. Bush, who had written in 1998 of the hazards of an invasion of Iraq in the Persian Gulf War (1991):

“Trying to eliminate Saddam, extending the ground war into an occupation of Iraq… would have incurred incalculable human and political costs… Had we gone the invasion route, the U.S. could conceivably still be an occupying power in a bitterly hostile land. It would have been a dramatically different – and perhaps barren – outcome.”

Assurance #5: We will find WMDs

• SENATOR JOHN WARNER: In the event that force is used... is it your judgment that there will be clearly caches of weapons of mass destruction which will dispel any doubt that the United States and such other nations that joined in the use of force did the right thing at the right time?

TENET: Sir, I think we will find caches of weapons of mass destruction, absolutely.

RUMSFELD: We know they have weapons of mass destruction. We know they have active programs. There isn’t any debate about it. So the idea that if you had an appropriate inspection regime, that they’d come back and say you were wrong, is so far beyond anyone’s imagination, that it’s not something I think about.

Here the American public was being assured that the threat from Saddam Hussein was absolutely real and that it had to be dealt with. Yet despite numerous claims by the Bush administration that Saddam Hussein possessed WMDs, no WMDs of any kind were ever found in Iraq.

Assurance #6: We will be welcomed as liberators

• CHENEY: The Middle East expert, Professor Fouad Ajami, predicts that after liberation, the streets in Basra and Baghdad are sure to erupt in joy...

RUSSERT: Do you think the American people are prepared for a long, costly and bloody battle with significant American casualties?

VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY: I don’t think it’s likely to unfold that way, Tim, because I really do believe we will be greeted as liberators.

WOLFOWITZ: These are Arabs, 23 million of the most educated people in the Arab world, who are going to welcome us as liberators.

Although some Iraqis welcomed U.S. troops, the reception was mixed at best. The notion of a Western army occupying an Arab land summoned up humiliating memories of colonialism, as well as fears regarding underlying U.S. intentions. Before long a growing insurgency took hold, which has led to more than 4 years of violence.

Assurance #7: We have the best plan available for victory

• BUSH: The only thing I can do is assure the loved ones of those who wear our uniform that if we have to go to war, if war is upon us because Saddam Hussein has made that choice, we will have the best equipment available for our troops, the best plan available for victory, and we will respect innocent life in Iraq.

Army Brigadier General Mark Scheid, chief of the U.S. Logistics War Plans Division prior to the Iraq War – and in charge of all troop and supply deployments worldwide – stated that the plans for the aftermath of the invasion were intentionally curtailed by the Bush administration. The Hampton Roads Daily Press reported in September, 2006:

“Months before the United States invaded Iraq in 2003, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld forbade military strategists from developing plans for securing a post-war Iraq… In fact, said Brig. Gen. Mark Scheid, Rumsfeld said ‘he would fire the next person’ who talked about the need for a post-war plan…

‘I remember the secretary of defense saying that he would fire the next person that said that,’ Scheid said. ‘We would not do planning for Phase 4 operations, which would require all those additional troops that people talk about today.’

‘[Rumsfeld] said we will not do that because the American public will not back us if they think we are going over there for a long war.’”

Assurance #8: The Iraq War will transform the Middle East

• BUSH: Iraq will serve as a catalyst for change, a positive change.

• BUSH: A new regime in Iraq would serve as a dramatic and inspiring example of freedom for other nations in the region.

Prior to the war, many world leaders did not share President Bush’s optimistic vision of how a war with Iraq would play out. Amr Mussa, head of the Arab League, said after a two-day meeting of Arab foreign ministers, “We will continue to work to avoid a military confrontation or a military action, because we believe that it will open the gates of hell in the Middle East.” (September 6, 2002) [* LINK]

King Abdullah of Jordan, an ally of the United States, said that “military action against Iraq would really open Pandora’s box” and “destabilize American strategic interests even more in the Middle East.” (July 29, 2002) [*LINK]

Assurance #9: It will be easy

• February 13, 2002, Op-Ed published in The Washington Post:

KENNETH ADELMAN (member of the Pentagon advisory board): I believe demolishing Hussein's military power and liberating Iraq would be a cakewalk. Let me give simple, responsible reasons: (1) It was a cakewalk last time; (2) they’ve become much weaker; (3) we've become much stronger; and (4) now we're playing for keeps.

• ROBERT NOVAK: General Myers, Kenneth Adelman has written that if the United States were to go into Iraq to remove Saddam Hussein, militarily, it would be a “cakewalk.” Is that the view here at the Pentagon?

GENERAL MYERS: When we put our young sons and daughters of this country in harm’s way, I don’t think you can ever call that a “cakewalk.” But what we know is that the situation since Desert Storm and today has changed dramatically, both for U.S. and coalition forces, and for Iraqi forces. The Iraqi armed forces is about 40%, in terms of numbers, of what it was in the Gulf War.

• July 11, 2002:

RICHARD PERLE (Pentagon Defense Policy Board chairman): Support for Saddam, including within his military organization, will collapse after the first whiff of gunpowder.

It is true that the invasion itself met with limited resistance, and Hussein’s military was defeated within weeks. However, the possibility of a protracted and bloody post-invasion conflict, which ultimately ensued, was downplayed or disregarded by Bush officials prior to the war.

Assurance #10: It won’t take long

• November 14, 2002

RUMSFELD: It is unknowable how long that conflict will last. It could last six days, six weeks. I doubt six months.

• February 7, 2003:, addressing U.S. troops in Aviano, Italy:

RUMSFELD: The Gulf War in the 1990s lasted five days on the ground. I can't tell you if the use of force in Iraq today would last five days, or five weeks or five months. But it certainly isn't going to last any longer than that

Although the invasion led to the downfall of Hussein’s government within weeks, the U.S. military, with 150,000 troops, has been mired in violent conflict in Iraq for over 5 years.

It is also worth noting that the United States’ involvement in the Iraq War has lasted longer in duration than its participation in WWII.

Hence, here are the job requirements of the POTUS, as I see them...

#1- End this and all of our wars. I said a long time ago...

"If we leave Iraq today- 50,000 people will die in the ensuing chaos that comes with a nation forming.
If we leave tomorrow- 50k plus whoever dies tonight.
If we leave a year from now- 50k plus all those who die in that year.
If we leave 10 years from now- 50k plus 10 years worth of ever increasing blood shed.

Get the point?"

So, we need someone who is capable of admitting our wrongs and trying to make amends for them. Not someone who is willing to sacrifice thousands more for the vain glory of those who have already died...

Well, on second thought, this is a comeback. Call it what you will. With the one year anniversary of my retirement just days away, I've decided that the world is not a better place without me writing about it. So without further ado about nothing...

Howdy all! How was your year? Mine was Hell, but I have been reforged in it's fires and I am back in the saddle again. Since this is a new start, I thought I might begin with a new beginning. Have I ever explained my "Basic Rules of Reality"? No? Well then, let's start with Rule Number One.

Rule of Reality #1- If Nothing Changes, Nothing Changes.
Seriously, nothing at all. Let's take a look at how this works (Or doesn't work. However you wanna look at it...).

One year ago- The Democrats were tearing each other apart in a unified effort to improve the GOP's outer appearance of Sanity and Civility. The Left leapt like loser lunatics while the Right reacted radiantly and responsible in the Quest for Nomination.

Now- Hillary and Obama are reenacting the agonizing finale of Rocky II on network television every night while McCain lays down a solid platform of "Strength, Courage, and Honor" bullshit to cover the bloody quagmire that is Republican Foreign Policy.

One Year Ago- Exxon/Mobile was reporting unbelievable record profits while claiming to be completely at a loss to explain the unbelievable record price for gas at the pump.

Now- With even greater profits at there disposal, they are still unable to explain the even higher prices at the pump.

One Year Ago- The Military was deploying a surge of troops in Iraq which would finally give us victory over the terrorist threat there.

Now- We are sending even more troops in order to finally allow victory for the Supreme Islamic Council over whomever might be left alive long enough to be accused of being a terrorist.

One Year Ago- Congress was appalled at the White House's refusal to recognize the inalienable Right of Habeas Corpus. This Unconstitutional Executive Decision removed the US from the list of Free Countries and ended over two centuries of Freedom. Congress swore to reestablish the US as free with all possible haste.

Now- I don't know... Do they still look appalled? I think I've made my point, but in case I haven't...

A Sermon from the Mountain...y area of the Southwest

Once upon a time, there was a man who lived in a valley. He was a God fearing man. (I won't point out the ludicrous nature of fearing divinity if you don't point out the fairy tale beginning of this story. k?) One day a storm blew into the valley. The news warned that flooding would wash the human element out of the area. The man saw the news and prayed to God to save him from the tempest. He was a righteous man and knew he would be saved.

A few hours later, as the torrential downpour began in earnest, a neighbor with a jeep drove up to the Righteous man's house.
"Get in the Jeep!" cried the neighbor, over the roaring rain.
"Don't worry about me!" replied the Righteous Man. "I have asked God to save me and my faith is strong. He will carry me through this maelstrom" (OK, so he talks a little funny... I am simply retelling this sermon in the same vernacular it was told to me. Remember that caveat later.)

With that assurance, the Jeep drove off across the quickly disintegrating mud formerly known as Road. The Righteous Man reiterated his aforementioned prayer and watched as the mud gave way to that, which for lack of a better term will herein be referred to as River. An hour or two passed and the Righteous man was sitting upon his balcony when a motorboat pulled up.

"Get in!" demanded the motorboat Captain. "The River has risen above the sandbags and you must evacuate the area."

"I am not in need of your rescue." said the Righteous Man. "I am in the Arms of the Lord and surely he shall carry me to safety."

The Motorboat Captain shrugged, asked the Righteous Man to not refer to him as Shirley and was off to pluck less certain people from their respective second floors.

An hour or two passed and the Righteous Man was seated atop his tallest chimney. The River had become a Torrent (Yeah, you try incorporating that word into a conversation... ain't easy.) which was rapidly closing the distance between itself and the Righteous Ass of the Righteous Man. (Nope, not his Donkey... I go vernacular, but not that vernacular.)

As the water level rose above the Righteous Man's Perch, a helicopter came into view and proceeded to hover above the shivering, half drowned Righteous Man. The National Guard winch operator exclaimed, "Grab the lifeline and wrap it under your arms. We'll hoist you to safety!"

The Righteous man waved him off. "Go save those in need of your worldly rescue. I am a Righteous man and I have asked the Lord to Save me. I will be fine!!"

After a short exchange involving similar proclamations from the Righteous Man and far more colorful, possibly improper declarations from the National Guardsman, the Helicopter flew off in search of more amicable rescuees. (Is that a word? I know that in NOLA, the word was spelled "Detainees", but I do not think that that situational spelling applies to this Sermon.)

Well, 2 hours, 27 inches and one unexpected transubstantiation... OK, means Death and was only unexpected by the guy doing the dying. The rest of us shoulda seen it coming a long time ago. Lo and behold, the Righteous Man takes his place before God. God asks him, "Are you prepared to face your final judgement?"

The Righteous Man stands tall and says, "Yes my Lord. But first, may I ask one thing?"

"Fire away!" Sayeth the Lord and the Righteous Man Doth ask this.... verily he doth.

"Lord, I am a Righteous Man and have lived a God Fearing life. Why is it that the one time I called on you to repay me for my service unto you, you seem to have ignored my request?"

"You mean the Flood thing and you dying?" clarified the Lord.

I also thought that I was a paranoid alarmist who would eventually be proven wrong. Well, I still think the name is funny, but now it's a darker humor. As for my fears coming true...

A Tale of Two Totally Different Types

During the Drowning of New Orleans, I learned that I had been dead wrong about a politician. Let me explain. Even though I voted for Al Gore, I never really liked him. I was just settling for the lesser evil. That was before I was forced to see the hand of real evil slap the life out of this country. Then 5 years later I found out about Al Gore and his self funded, not publicized rescue effort during the first days after Katrina hit the Gulf Coast and the Levees were blown to clear some prime real estate for development by the same criminal syndicate which had cleared so much in New York. A year and a half ago, I found out about this, wrote about it, and really learned something from it.

Well, I finally found some photos from Gore's heroic effort. Just to make it perfectly clear, I am going to also put some of Bush's best photo op pictures to compare them to. See if you can tell what it is that separates these two men. Which one would you rather have running this country?

There's Bush, 4 days into the disaster, having a friendly chat with his buddies. The helicopters and their crews, taken off of rescue operations, cleaned, polished and deployed as the backdrop for this photo op. This wasn't even an actual strategy meeting. Just a scripted photo op to appease the public audience and glorify our fearless leader.

Next is Gore, fighting to get a plane which he personally paid for, flew into "Hell" inside of and got back out of Hell twice with full loads of people who desperately needed a hero. For years I have heard people say ,

"Gore would have done the same." or "Like Gore would have done any better."

Well, it would appear that he is more than capable of outperforming the entire Federal Government when needed. And when I say outperformed, I mean physically, mentally and emotionally performed... Not to be mistaken with the performance of the Mime troupe we've been stuck with for 6 years. Gore is a bit stiff. Actually he is down right hard and tough, as a leader must be in times that call on them to step up and lead . There is nothing casual about heroism. There shouldn't be anything casual about the Leader of our Nation during Emergency or War. The job is too important to be guided by a PR firm.

	) LIBERTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE USA PATRIOT ACT

WHEREAS, Lane County has a long and distinguished tradition of protecting the civil rights and liberties for all its residents as expressed in the United States and the Oregon Constitution; and

WHEREAS, Lane County has a diverse population, including immigrants, students and working people, whose contributions to the community are vital to its character and function; and

WHEREAS, Lane County reaffirms its support of the U.S. Constitution and the Oregon Constitution; and

WHEREAS, Lane County's Diversity Statement contained in LM 2.390 states the County policy of respecting and valuing differences, such as those based on ethnicity, language, and race, as well as respecting each individual's right to privacy in areas such as religious faith, political beliefs, and association; and

WHEREAS, in our opinion, several new federal laws, regulations and executive orders issued since September 11, 2001, including the adoption of certain provisions of the U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act (Public Law 107-56, hereafter UPA) and the Homeland Security Act (Public Law 107-296) now threaten this local policy, as well as our constitutional rights and liberties, including:

a. Freedom of speech, association, and religion,

b. Right to privacy,

c. Right to counsel and due process in judicial proceedings,

d. Right to equal protection before the law,

e. Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures; and

WHEREAS, federal, state and local governments need to protect the public from terrorist attacks such as those that occurred on September 11, 2001. Governments have an obligation to do so in a rational and deliberative fashion to ensure any new security measures enhance public safety without impairing Constitutional guarantees, or infringing on civil liberties; and

WHEREAS, in our opinion, federal policies adopted since September 11, 2001, including provisions in the UPA and related executive orders, regulations and actions threaten fundamental rights and liberties by:

a. authorizing the indefinite incarceration of non-citizens based on mere suspicion (UPA, sections 411 and 412), and the indefinite incarceration of citizens designated by the President as "enemy combatants" without access to counsel or meaningful recourse to the federal courts (White House Order June 9, 2002; Department of Defense Report October 2, 2002),

b. establishing secret military tribunals for terrorism suspects, without judicial oversight or Constitutional safeguards (Military Order, November 13, 2001),

c. permitting wiretapping of conversations between federal prisoners and their attorneys (28 CFR 501.3),

d. limiting disclosure of public documents and records under the Freedom of Information Act ("Memorandum for Heads of all Federal Departments and Agencies," Attorney General John Ashcroft, October 12, 2001),

e. permitting the use the secret Foreign Intelligence Courts to oversee law enforcement use of electronic surveillance in anti-terrorism investigations and in ordinary criminal investigations (UPA, section 216),

f. expanding the authority of federal agents under the secrecy of Foreign Intelligence Courts to conduct so-called "sneak and peek" or "black bag" searches, in which the subject of the search warrant is unaware that his property has been searched for citizens and non-citizens alike. (UPA, section 213),

g. granting law enforcement and intelligence agencies broad access to personal medical, financial, library and education records with little if any judicial oversight (UPA, sections 215, 218, 358 and 508),

h. chilling constitutionally protected speech through overbroad definitions of "terrorism", which include protests and other political demonstrations (UPA, section 411),

i. driving a wedge between immigrant communities and the police that protect them by encouraging involvement of state and local police in enforcement of federal immigration law (Public Law 107-296, Title VIII, Subtitle I: Homeland Security Information Sharing Act; Department of Justice Legal Opinion April 10, 2002),

j. permitting the FBI to conduct surveillance of religious services, Internet chatrooms, political demonstrations, and other public meetings of any kind without having any evidence that a crime has been or may be committed (UPA, sections 203 and 901 and Attorney General's Investigative Guidelines promulgated in May, 2002),

k. eliminating many safeguards designed to prevent the potential for broad dissemination of unsubstantiated, incorrect or inappropriate information via law enforcement (Public Law 107-296, section 202; Department of Justice Rule amending 28 CFR Part 16 Privacy Act of 1974, March 24, 2003),

l. allowing the Attorney General to override court decisions granting bond to immigrants seeking asylum, by requiring most immigrants to be jailed indefinitely without bond when "national security" risks exist (Interim Decision #3488, from John Ashcroft April 17, 2003),

m. failing to ensure the accuracy of National Crime Information Center (NCIC) records (Department of Justice Order issued March 24, 2003, amending 28 CFR part 16, Privacy Act of 1974),

n. granting the Attorney General broad discretion to determine which political and religious organizations are `terrorist organizations', with no judicial or congressional oversight; (Executive Order 13224); and

WHEREAS, we believe that new legislation has been drafted by the Administration currently entitled the Domestic Security Enhancement Act (DSEA) (also known as PATRIOT II) which contains a multitude of new and sweeping law enforcement and intelligence gathering powers, many of which are not related to terrorism, that would severely dilute, if not undermine, many basic constitutional rights, as well as disturb our unique system of checks and balances by:

a. diminishing personal privacy by removing important checks on government surveillance authority,

b. reducing the accountability of government to the public by increasing government secrecy,

c. expanding the definition of "terrorism" in a manner that threatens the constitutionally protected rights of Americans,

d. seriously eroding the right of all persons to due process of law; and

WHEREAS, we believe that these new powers pose a particular threat to the civil rights and liberties of the residents of our county who are Arab, Muslim, or of South Asian descent; and

WHEREAS, more than 130 communities throughout the country, and three states have enacted resolutions reaffirming support for civil rights and civil liberties in the face of government policies that threaten these values, and demanding accountability from law enforcement agencies regarding their use of these new powers; and

WHEREAS, the citizens of Lane County want their commissioners and government to take a stand affirming the civil liberties and human rights of its residents,

NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The County Administrator is directed every three months to compile from each County Department a list of all contacts, requests for assistance, requests for information, and any other communication from any federal agency, or on behalf of any federal agency, under the auspices of enforcing any of the provisions mentioned in the body of this Order. The information shall be disclosed to the fullest extent permissible by law. The information to be compiled includes but is not limited to:

a. The number of any detainees connected with "terrorism" investigations;

b. The names of any detainees connected with "terrorism" investigations;

c. The charges, if any, lodged against each above mentioned detainee;

d. The number of times federal authorities contacted any department in furtherance of monitoring political meetings, religious gatherings or other similar activities;

e. The number of times education records have been requested or obtained from public schools and institutions of higher learning in Lane County under section 507 of the UPA, and

f. The number of times library records have been requested or obtained from libraries in Lane County under section 215 of UPA

g. The number of times records of books purchased by store patrons have been requested or obtained from bookstores in Lane County under section 215 of UPA.

2. The County Administrator shall request a report from the Lane County Sheriff disclosing, to the extent permitted by law, any incidents within the past year in which he has been requested by federal authorities to take part in enforcement or furtherance of the above-listed statutes, regulations, and orders. The County Administrator shall request updated information every three months. The information requested by the County Administrator will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

a. information regarding "sneak and peak" searches, that is, searches without either advance warning or prompt notification following a search, pursuant to Section 213 of the UPA,

b. information regarding military tribunals involving Lane County residents;

c. information regarding requests to obtain library, educational, and bookstore purchase records in connection with an investigation of suspected terrorist activity;

d. information regarding the involvement of Sheriff's deputies in the investigation of immigration offenses;

e. information regarding surveillance of religious services, internet chat-rooms, political demonstrations, or other public meetings in connection with an investigation of suspected terrorist activity.

3. The County Administrator shall advise the Board and the Lane County Human Rights Advisory Committee of the results of his inquiries within three months of the date of this Order, and every three months for as long as federal laws and orders specified in this resolution remain in place.

4. The Sheriff is further requested to advise the Board of how his Department complies with ORS 181.850 and 181.575, including providing copies of any applicable written procedures.

5. All county agencies are directed not to use county funds in any manner which would violate the civil liberties of Lane County residents, as outlined in this resolution. No contract or agreement for any service will be approved by the Board if the terms of the contract or agreement is for the purpose of conducting any activities under the provisions of Federal law mentioned in the body of this Order in a manner that would violate the civil liberties of Lane County residents.

6. The County Administrator is directed to transmit a copy of this Order to Senator Ron Wyden, Senator Gordon Smith, and Representative Peter DeFazio, accompanied by letters, urging them to:

a. monitor federal anti-terrorism tactics,

b. work to repeal the UPA, Homeland Security and other laws and regulations that infringe on civil rights and liberties,

c. ensure that provisions of the UPA "sunset" in accordance with the provisions of the Act, and

d. take a lead in Congressional action to prohibit passage of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act, known as "Patriot II" and/or any other new legislation that performs similar assaults on privacy, due process, increased government secrecy, and the checks and balances in government.

7. The County Administrator is directed to transmit a copy of this Order to Governor Kulongoski, Oregon Attorney General Hardy Meyers and appropriate members of the State Legislature, accompanied by letters urging them to ensure the state does not weaken in any way ORS 181.850 or ORS 181.575, urging them to ensure that any policies implemented by the Legislature do not infringe on civil liberties as described in this Order, and urging them to take a public stand supporting a statewide resolution prohibiting the expenditure of state funds in support of the federal laws, regulations and policies described in this Order.

8. The County Administrator is directed to transmit a copy of this Order to President George W. Bush and U.S. Attorney General John D. Ashcroft.

9. The provisions of this Order shall be severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence or provision of this Order is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to the Constitution of the United States or of the State of Oregon or the applicability thereof to any agency, person, or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this Order and the applicability thereof to any other agency, person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

I was reviewing the recent Misquoting of Lincoln... Wait... Fuck that! That doesn't really identify, explain or define what happened. It actually glosses over the events and activities with a "Nothing to see here" audacity. No, what happened was this. An idiot propagandist dishonored a former President and the very fabric of the American ideals and values that we have lost. He accused the former President of treason to the Constitution and used an anti-American quote as evidence of this treason.
This Congressman, Don Young, R. Alaska, HATES AMERICA SO MUCH THAT HE WOULD DEFILE THE VERY HISTORY THAT SOMEDAY WOULD BE USED TO PASS THOSE TRADITIONAL AMERICAN VALUES ONTO FUTURE GENERATIONS OF AMERICANS. HE TRIED AND FAILED, THANK GOD, FROM POISONING AND KILLING THE FUTURE OF THIS NATION. THAT'S AN AWFUL LOT OF HATRED FOR AMERICA. DAMN... Should we hang him for that?

This reminded me that there has been a great deal of this type of sabotage being perpetrated against our Military. I felt compelled to do my part to counter these Anti-American Assaults.

So help me God"

That is the Oath, taken by every member of the US Military, upon induction into the Service. Idiot Propagandists have been willfully attempting to Dishonor our Heroes by coercing them into breaking that Oath.

There is not a word about defending the Homeland, its people, freedom, justice or any other thing. The Oath is to the Constitution alone. Why only the Constitution? Because as long as it is protected, it alone has the Power to protect everything else. Next line,

From that day on, all who have taken this Oath have but one loyalty, and to that one loyalty they must not only give lip service or half hearted allegiance. They must stay true to it in thought and belief. True Faith. A Pledge of Allegiance , not only of body, but of mind and spirit as well. That is one Hell of a thing for so many to pledge so much of themselves to. God does not require such steadfast devotion. If you served, ask yourself if you have lived up to your Duty.

Next line...

"and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me,"

What, there is more? But how can one serve two Masters? What if they do not agree on something? Fortunately the framers thought of this dilemma and qualified the addendum thusly,

"according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God"

That is the key to it all. Sure, do as the President orders or superior officers order, but only when those orders are in accord with the Laws held fast by the Constitution. Those Laws must be at all times followed. So what if the Orders from Men, defy the Laws and the Constitution?

In each case, military personnel have an obligation and a duty to only obey Lawful orders and indeed have an obligation to disobey Unlawful orders, including orders by the president that do not comply with the UCMJ. The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution and not to those who would issue unlawful orders, especially if those orders are in direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ." -Lawrence Mosqueda, Ph.D

I hate to be the messenger hear, but it is my duty to inform the Military and every member of it that they have been Derelict in their Duties and have broken their Oaths. The White House recently drafted an article for the New York Times under the psuedonym Michael R. Gordon. Let's see if we can use baseball announcing tactics to shed a bit of light on what was written.

"The most lethal weapon directed against American troops in Iraq is an explosive-packed cylinder that United States intelligence asserts is being supplied by Iran"

or in other words,

"Up first is United States intelligence, currently batting .000 in this century. Yeah, even with a sacrafice fly earlier for the designated hitter, Dick Cheney, this guy is batting zero."

"Can anyone tell me where this kid, Western Sources even came from? I mean, we don't have a scouting report or anything and, my God, does he seem unprepared for the bright lights and close scrutiny of the spectators here tonight!"

On Valentine's Day, I'd like to give a little reminder to everyone that there is a product of the romance and togetherness that many of you are feeling right now. The UN just completed a study of how that product is being taken care of, and guess what?

"The United States and Britain ranked at the bottom of a U.N. survey released Wednesday evaluating the well-being of children in wealthy countries."

This should be a clue and a half to anyone proposing that we go to War with Iran. Yes, the two countries committed to sharing their moral and behavioral superiority with the world, no matter what the cost, are failing their most important responsibility. Security begins with the protection and well being of our children. Anything other than that is buttressing the fortress walls while leaving the gates open and the bridge down.

Is this the effect of squandering billions, if not trillions, on fruitless war? I doubt it. From what I've read here, this study took into account facts all the way back to 2000. That means we were failing miserably in our duties before we even began the new crusade. I am sure that the current statistics would paint an even worse picture.

So, to beat a dead horse, much like Bush and his necromancers are doing with our military, I will make the point again...

There is no security in their policies, no pot of gold at the end of their delusional rainbow and no honor in this continued and blood soaked crusade of bravado. Yes, attacking Iran will look like a success in the beginning. Our military is awesome in its ability to smash walls and storm the enemy. Unfortunately it will be nothing more than a catastrophic success, destined for failure. It will not improve our children's security or make us any safer. It will only achieve a temporary stasis of pride. You know, that thing which comes before the fall.

Mercy is always the most important thing to show your enemies. One can never be certain as to their own level of villainy. But a "no mercy for villains" policy does allow one to be assured of their being a villain. There is no increment of negative small enough to have a positive value. Our leaders say that we must adopt the ways and methods of our enemies in order to preserve our values and our lives. I ask why our lives deserve preservation now that our values are the same as the ones we kill others for having.

We have abandoned liberty out of fear that it may be taken from us.

We have criminalized freedom in order to protect freedom from the hypothetical assault that it might have faced from hypothetical entities who might possibly have the freedom to assault it, if allowed to act freely.

We have perverted and corrupted justice to ensure that those who might attempt to bring us to justice in order to pervert it or corrupt it, get to experience the full realization of their desired corruption.

And in all things, we have made it impossible for anyone else to take our freedom, liberty, and justice away from us. To make sure that no one can hurt us, we have killed ourselves. At last we have succeeded in totally eliminating any possibility of anyone doing us any harm. You cannot steal from an empty treasury or kill a dead man.

Yeah, this one is personal.

I have fought the good fight. I have struggled on against the maddening tide. I have failed. It has been a year since I have had any contact with my sons. It has been a year since I have slept a single night for more than an hour. A year of dreaming every night of not knowing where my children are. Of not knowing if they are ok. Of waking up in a panic. Wanting to run to them. In this year, I came so close to victory.

On December 1 st, 2006, I had all the pieces. I had successfully beaten and forced the dismissal of Suzanne's fraudulent Petition and its unlawful Order Keeping my Children in New Mexico. I had filed for and gotten an immediate and expedited order for the return of my children to Oregon. I had even gotten a Writ of Assistance, ordering Law Enforcement to assist me in recovering my children. That was it...

The next day, I traveled to New Mexico and had my revenge. I used the writ to kick in the doors of Suzanne's Mother's House. 35 Days after the Judge in Oregon had ordered my Children's return, I stood there with my children and the Police and watched as the crime syndicate which had stolen everythingfrom me was taken to jail for Kidnapping. While incarcerated I levelled the full brunt of Oregon's Anti-Parental abduction statute known as "Arron's Law" at each of them individually. I took their houses, their cars, their toys, their boats, their business. I did to them what they had so remorselessly done to me.

...No, I did not do that. I thought about my never having a family and of how hard life had been for me without one. I decided that I could not do that to my children. I put all thoughts of revenge from my head and called Suzanne. I explained the situation to her. She screamed and cursed me. I hung up. I called her again the next day and explained the parts which she had missed due to screaming... I told her that I wanted to drop the case I had against her...I did not want to disrupt the boys lives. I wanted to do what was in the children's best interests. I would make all the sacrafices. I would move to Albuquerque, get a job, a place to live and be a part of my children's lives. That I would go back down there, no pride, no victory, nothing.. I would simply forgive for what I had endured and I would endure a life time of her families scorn and insults of how wrong I was. I would do all that, so that my children would have the best possible advantages in life.

I even explained to her that her newly hired lawyer in Oregon had failed to keep her from being in violation of the Oregon order. He had filed for a hearing to object to the order, but had not gotten a stay on it. The order was up on November 29th and the hearing was not until January sixth. She was in violation at that time. I could have put her behind bars. For the first time in her life she would have had to face the consequences of her actions. Instead I told her to tell her lawyer to go to Ex Parte and ask for a stay based on the confusion of Jurisdiction during the first 2 weeks the order was active.

A month and a half ago she called me to tell me that she could not handle the boys. She begged me to come out there. Said they needed me. Said that she needed me. That was the call that broke my resolve. She cried on the phone abo9ut Morgan crying all the time. What did she expect? She cut me from my children's life without a care in the world. She took their primary care giver away without so much as a voice on the phone for future contact. She had the audacity to vent that night,
"I just give em what ever he wants so he'll stop crying! Do you have any idea what he'll grow up to be if he always gets what he wants?"

Yeah, I know exactly what he will be. He will be just like her.

So I spent the Holidays painfully missing my children. While her fmaiky celebrated their happiness, I sat in a dark room and cried, But I knew I was doing the right thing. Knew the nightmare would be over soon.

I would like to point out that most of all I gave up any chance of seeing my children over the Holidays and these were the darkest holidays I have ever experienced. I gave up all of that and all I asked in return was a say in my children's upbringing and equal rights over them. I could have had Suzanne and her family arrested and put in jail for good. But instead I decided to work towards the greater good. To forgive...

Suz and I spoke a great deal before and after the Holidays. We were working out a reasonable and equitable divorce. On January 2nd, 2007 I went into court thinking that we were there to amend the diss0lution order and to tell the judge that we were going to file a new co petition for divorce . Tell him that I would be moving to New Mexico to be with my children. I went into court and said that to the Judge. Her attorney then filed a motion where in she swore that she had not heard from me in months. That I was on drugs and could not be trusted. That I should only be allowed a maximum of two hours visitation per week, supervised by sheriffs Deputies. I told the judge this was absurd and that she had no evidence.

5 months ago Judge McKnight explained to me that I could not claim that my kidnapped children were in immediate danger because I had not been allowed any contact with them for 4 months. Now Suzanne was claiming to have had no contact with me for months, but that she could swear to my being on drugs. For some reason, this was acceptable in Judge Loy's Courtroom. Never mind that one of the last three months Suz was under special orders from the New Mexico Judge to answer the phone between 6 and 8 pm every night to allow me visitation with my children. Of course, she did no such thing but since I am already in debt to my Lawyer there, I have no way to file the the contempt charges which were drawn up, signed and ready to be filed on the day the New Mexico Judge dismissed the case.

On February 6th, the state of Oregon will act like Suz did nothing wrong and that her convicted felon-wanted fugitive from 99-2003, repeated drug rehab background is superior to my clean record and my kids will be permanently kept from me. With the full legal support of the state of Oregon and Judge Loy.

And one more thing. I may seem to have given up the fight. I know it appears that way. But in reality I have no more fight to give up. Money and treachery win. I do not know if it was coincidence or connected, but shortly after that last hearing, my health gave out. Mind you, I have not slept, or rested or done anything in the last year to take care of myself. I never really recovered from what ever it was that afflicted me so conveniently for her last year. The stress has worn me to the bone. The pain of not being able to see my children has left me scarred. I cannot remember my last good mood or feeling of security or contentment. In the last two weeks I have added pneumonia to my list of ailments. I can no longer hold down any food and the migraines coming from the deteriorating tissue in my nose... well, back in my skull behind my eyes now, is quite literally killing me. If not that then the stress ulcerated hole that was my stomach will do the trick. Either bleed me out or just continue to starve me to death. I have aged 10 years at least and lost everything that ever made me a person.

I won't last much longer. I won't get to see all those things that other people take for granted. My children won't even remember me. At this point it is best that they do not see the withered scar that I have become. I could not bear the thought that the only memories they have of me might be who I am now.

A year ago I stood in Portland. Reeling from the totality of what Suzanne, Soren, and the Kasdorfs had plotted and done to me and I asked whatever God was listening and my friend who was standing there,

"Why didn't they just have the fuckin decency to shoot me in the face? Why could they not show me that small mercy?"

Well, here I sit a year later and I must ask that question one more time...

Why not? It would have been so much kinder to have just killed me a year ago.

You fucking scum! You took my life a year ago. You took my soul over the last year. You took everything. I hope you fuckin choke on it!

Cause I'm pretty sure the lesson we are missing here, was. What is it that our Leaders are missing? Why is it that defeat is inevitable? How could people, myself included, know that the promises of success and accomplished missions were nothing more than shortsighted vanity? It's not prophesy or magic, just the ability to read. And it helps to either be able to see bullshit when it's flying at you or to give more credence to authors who are actually experienced at what they are writing about than to beltway brigadiers who have never even been in a fist fight.

Activists were enraged last week when an Interior ministry official in an interview to the daily Masri El Youm newspaper blamed independent media for exaggerating torture issues admitting that "the percentage of torture in Egypt over the past few months has been 5 out of 1000. According to the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights (EOHR), torture was found to be even more widespread in criminal cases, even during simplest interrogations over crimes such as theft and fraud. "Police brutality is systematic and widespread," says Hafez Abu Saeda, head of EOHR. "

There are two things in the preceding paragraph that bothered me. First the "militants" qualifier and secondly the "5 out of" vs. "more widespread" construct. I think the problem I am having is the gradual acceptability of and to this crap that I have noticed. No labelling or relation in any way modifies the fact that we are talking about torture. Also, 5 is an unacceptable number of people tortured. Additional victims, although necessary for Justice, should not be required for a sense of outrage to manifest. If you are sitting there weighing the pros and cons of this situation in order to better judge how you should feel, you are letting the powers that be manipulate you.

There is no need to debate the degrees of evil. There is no amount, no increment of evil small enough that it gains a positive value. ...they give better advice. Now with hindsight being 20/20, I wanted to bring up a gem from the past. From history. Well his story to be exact. You see shortly after 9-11, Usama Bin Laden gave one official, verifiable, interview on the topic of 9-11 to Ummat, a Muslim news service. I've linked the entire interview in the title of this post. Do your progeny a favor and read it when you have time to process it. For now, take a good look at these parts:

The legality of violence upon others debatable in any situation and as a basic rule, there is no lawful reason to commit violence other than in direct defense of one's own person, family or property. Therefore there is no lawful use of force by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

Oh and here is one more gem. Just to ponder in the absence of any public debate as to the inherent evil and guilt of Usama,

I would like to qualify that his statements have lost subtext due to translation and that the "Jews" he is referring to are Zionists. Condemning a man for Antisemitism due to his being an outspoken opponent of Zionism is as ridiculous as declaring someone anti-German for opposing the Nazi Party. Make no mistake, the current Zionist Regime of Israel is indiscernible from the Third Reich in its Policies and Procedures. There is a holocaust going on right now. You should be outraged. The politics I got involved in like a bad Coke habit. You see.. I started thinking in High School. Sure I'd had a thought or two earlier in life, but it wasn't till High School that I started thinking heavily. You know how it starts. On the weekends you go to where your friends are hanging out. Maybe think a little with them about a few light subjects. Maybe think a little more than you should to impress the other sex. Let em know you can think. Plus it's an ice breaker and I really do think that thinkers are more attractive, funner at parties..

But then College happens. Seems like that's all people do their is think. And it's hard thinking. The kind you do in seedy little bars talking about Kafka and Nietzsche. And there's always someone there to put that next thought in your head or get you to try thinking something new.

Before ya know it, you can't get outta bed without thinking a little. Course it was thinking that kept you up too late the night before, wasn't it? Now your thinking between classes. After school everyday. There aren't enough hours in the day to think all the thoughts that are pushed onto you. Some days you don't even go to class. You just record somebody else's thoughts on this or that while you seclude yourself in your room, thinking alone... all day. Yeah, you probably should of thought about what you were doing. Some thought should have popped in your head to make you really think about where this was all gonna end. But you thought it would all be ok. Thinking that nothing bad would ever happen to you. Thinking you could stop thinking any time you wanted.

After college, as you enter the "Real World" and realize that it has things you never even thought about before. You think about that as you see your friends quit thinking. One by one they get on the wagon. Seems so easy for them. Almost thoughtless the way they do it. Life is about action. There's no time to think about what your doing. But you keep thinking you can quit tomorrow. Just need to think about it for a little bit. That's the wrong thought you see. Thinking you're healthy and thoughtful ain't the same as being healthy and happy.

You are a human being, not a human thinking. Think about that for a while... I think you can, but you'll never get those thoughts outta your head thinking like this... at least that's what I think.

Now it seems the whole world stopped thinking. Everyone but you. While you were thinking about it, they've all gone on to live their happy lives, not a thought in the world about how their thoughtless activities might affect the rest of the world. They aren't paid to think about that. They aren't paid to think. You too can stop if you want to. Don't think about it.. Just do it.

Debunking debunkers debunked off, dude.. bunk!

OK, I am sick and I seem to be losing my legal activities, so I am going to vent that frustration at new target. I have been hearing about this site called Debunking911 . Seems there is a bona fide genius who is hell bent on proving the Official 911 Story to be true. What this guy has done is take the Conspiracy Theories and show them to be BS... I don't think he's taken a shot at my theory, The Fall, or its follow up, but nevertheless he is the person most likely to be cathartic for me right now.. Let's begin with controlled demolition...

"Let's forget for a moment that thermite doesn't explode so the claims of hearing explosions become meaningless. The argument that there was thermite and explosives seems to be rationalization of this dilemma. Why would they use thermite which cuts steel without announcing it, then switch to explosives? To tip people off? No theory exist to explain this but the faithful simply say "We're still working on it". I'm sure they are. Let's also give ourselves selective amnesia and pretend thermite can burn sideways to melt vertical columns. Maybe with some device but no working device has been proven to me to work."

RDX... Controlled Demolition inc uses a patented explosive/thermite compound called RDX. Not only does it cut steel like butter, it also makes a nifty explosion sound and effect. Oh, and why is it that everything is this or that with this guy? He begs the question that explosive and thermite are mutually exclusive when in reality they are mutually inclusive in building demolition.

"While there are relatively large canisters which can burn small holes sideways, I have yet to see this elusive steel cutting technique used to cut a vertical column. Then there is a patent of a device which has been brought up but as of yet there is no evidence the idea went any further. Does it even work? Anyone can make a patent but it doesn't mean it exists or even works. Even if it did, they are "Ganged" together to make the cut according to the patent. You would still need these boxes all over the columns. It would be pretty absurd to suggest they moved the walls away from the columns just to fit these things around the columns. Of course they'll say they didn't suggest that but it goes without saying."

I'd suggest once again, RDX. Additionally one need only type "implosion" into a Google box to find a full spectrum of vertical steel columns being cut by it. Yes, it is panted. Yes it is used all the time. . No it does not go with out saying. To assume an other's rebuttal and in doing so purport to know the inner workings of their mind is idiotic. It goes without saying that no one should have to read conjecture like this masquerading as logical debate. Oh wait... Not as debate, but as irrefutable fact. Then perhaps I should stop refuting? But its so easy...

I do not see any "Scholars*" exhibiting a handicap in referencing their work. The rest is pure insult. I know that many of the people publicly promoting 9-11Truth feel very strongly in following the rules of Civil Debate and would never sink down to a level low enough to respond to these kinds of insults. As for me, bitch, I ain't one of them. I'll kick your ass at your game, on your turf. You wanna throw random geriatric phobia genre witless-i-cisms around, bring em! Course, if you could Google half as well as you insult you'd know that you are trying to insult the Nerd Lords of the Digital Age about being afraid to compute. OK, back to the debate. Explosives do not decide to do anything. Inanimate objects do not behave like you or I.. Correction, like i do. Not certain about you though. I actually do takle the timing of the events. My theory is listed as "The Fall 2" . Have fun with it. Lastly, what have you seen of thermite?

"Jones' torch on the thermite proves it needs other means of setting it off but it doesn't prove a thing for whatever is supposed to set it off. That would still be very volatile in the fires. I have yet to see this 1,100C fireproof container and radio controlled primary explosive combination some have rationalized. This seems to exist because they need it to exist. It will be interesting to see how Jones gets around this now that he knows. Will he use these rationalizations or produce hard facts? I have little doubt he will think of SOMETHING..."

I have yet to see many things including the 911debunkers brain. That is not what leads me to doubt its existence. I would say it exists because he needs it to exist. Then again, he doesn't need all of it, to live or to make a website. Thank you Macromedia. As far as hard facts? Go to Hoffman's site... He is the man when it comes to logic and evidence.

Depending on whether or not China really wants the Middle East Oil Fields, they will either dump their Hoard of US Dollars now or in 3 years when there is no one left to fight. "Even though I disagree with this escalation, I am hoping that General Petraeus succeeds in calming down Baghdad."

Someone asked if I could make this statement. Actually, he made a great many accusations against the left, in general, and progressives, directly, and asked if any of us could make that statement. Well, of course I can make this statement. But I am forced to clarify it a bit when I say it.

I am hoping that the situation calms down. Do I have any hopes that a General might be helpful in doing this? I have no faith in any militant's ability to calm a violent situation down. Additionally, being that I agree with Jack Murtha's assessment that US troops are the inspiration for and target of most of the violence in Baghdad, I have serious doubts about pouring more fuel into an already burning fire.

Historically speaking, troop surges are not an effective way to turn the momentum of any war. Viet Nam taught us that lesson, but let's just ignore that lesson and go with one Bush might be more likely to have noticed:

The German troop surge known as "The Battle of the Bulge". Inadequately armored, poorly supplied troops rushed into losing position can not turn the tide of a war destined for failure. Sometimes it is best to just admit failure and save some lives. Who's honor are we defending with these extra casualties? Bush's? He has no honor to defend. America's? That honor was stained by this war. Continuing it will do nothing more than increase the stain with the blood of more of our youth. So with that in mind, I guess I can not honestly say, "Even though I disagree with this escalation, I am hoping that General Petraeus succeeds in calming down Baghdad."

But I can say, "I am hoping the situation in Baghdad calms down and that there is an end to this insanity, soon."

The Longterm Effects of Manipulated TV Content

I would hope by now that everyone who owns a television set and/or watches one regularly, has realized the incredibly powerful effect it has on society in general. I took notice of it's power over 10 years ago. At the time I was managing an Italian restaurant named Piasano's. One night I received a phone call from the owner warning me to be prepared for an insanely busy day the next day. I asked him why and he explained that the new episode of Sienfeld, which had aired that night, featured a plot wherein the characters were trying to get to a fictitious restaurant called Piasano's in order to try the house special, Calzones. I laughed at him and told him he was crazy if he thought that a 30 minute sitcom could effect our business so dramatically. I was wrong. The next day we had a line out the door, from open till close, of people clamoring to order calzones. It increased our sales 1,500%. It was more significant than the 2 Rave reviews we received in the local paper or years we won the People's Choice Awards. All together!

That is one of the effects of TV. In the short term in can cause fads, riots, and wars. We all realize that by slanting the news to one side or the other, TV can convict or vindicate anyone in the public forum. Look at the ongoing war crimes of Israel against the Palestinians or Lebanon.
What most people fail to see is the long term effects of TV on the very soul of a society.

Now aside from the obvious relationship between availability of information and the public opinion of events, the topic I am writing about today is the connection between the successive introduction and development of certain character types and the acceptance of evil by society. Dragnet was the last Cop Show that had characters who actually upheld the law. Since then we have been forced to endure the many incarnations of a singular character. The tough cop who is absolutely committed to protecting society, but in order to do that job, in world where everything is set to the advantage of the petty thugs and slimeball criminal, this cop must bend or break the rules. From Police Woman to Hunter to Miami Vice to The Shield and NYPD Blue, there has been a nonstop descent into the acceptance of a concept so flawed it's funny. Or at least it would be funny if we were not stuck with it's bastard offspring in the real world. Instead of teaching the masses philosophy such as "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely." or "With great power comes great responsibility." the Prime Time Crime Mime has taught us that it is possible to engage in total irony. You can not uphold the Law by breaking it. They are mutually exclusive activities. End of story.

Meanwhile back at the Precinct... So the story continues. 40 years of this slow indoctrination into Oxy-Moronic thinking, coupled with the total avoidance of anything pertaining to critical thinking in our educational programs and what do we have? A leader who openly defies the Law, Law Enforcement agents who behave worse than criminals and a society who not only accepts their victimization, but also cheers the abusers on like heroes. The ends justify the means? No... Allow them to justify their means and we will all come to bad ends. No matter how much you identify with your favorite TV character, remember, that is just bad hack writing and cliches. In the real world nobody is infallible, incorruptible, or particularly interested in going that extra mile for anyone or anything, including you and me or right and wrong.

Why do people believe in concepts rather than examine the information available and test the facts in order to acquire knowledge? This is not a rhetorical question. This is a serious problem. I would go so far as to say this is the root of all evil. Whether it is out of intellectual laziness, lack of curiosity or simple necessity of creature comforts such as the false sense security a person experiences from a self delusional reassurance that there is a benign wisdom ordering everything to a positive end, it will be the downfall of humanity.
That being said, I'd like to introduce you to an enabler of such dysfunction. The host of X Zone radio, Rob McConnel.
This guy runs a "Ufo and bigfoot" speculation show. He appears to be a curious, intellectual with very little fear of investigating the dreaded unknown. He is a jackass who uses his position to broadcast ignorance and fascist idealism. Please read his article on 9-11 and either tear it apart, logically, for yourself or reprint the parts you find no fault with and I'll show you what's wrong with them. As is, I believe I have found the Anti me, but due to my nature I wish to examine and test that hypothesis in order to discover if he really is the anti me. For that I need to engage his opinions. Maybe a number of you can assist me in getting his attention.

ps- I have no knowledge of evidence validating the existence of either UFO's or Bigfoot, but the statistical probability of either to exist would appear to favor the UFO and cast serious doubts on bigfoot. Open to Interpretation never sounded so bad

By now everyone should have heard about Bush's trip to Viet Nam and his rip to history. But just in case you missed it. When asked a question about what lessons he had learned from Viet Nam, he responded, “We’ll succeed unless we quit.”.

Now I know that this subject has been beaten to death over the last couple days, but I thought now would be a good time to point out that that is simply Bush's interpretation of the stark and unmistakeable lessons learned from the cluster fuck of pride and propaganda called the Viet Nam War. Anyone still feel comfortable with relying on the sound ability of Bush to properly interperet the Geneva Convention's definition of Torture? I see this ending badly for us. Call it foreshadowing if you will.

Article 8 War crimes

Introduction

The elements for war crimes under article 8, paragraph 2 (c) and (e), are subject to the limitations addressed in article 8, paragraph 2 (d) and (f), which are not elements of crimes.

The elements for war crimes under article 8, paragraph 2, of the Statute shall be interpreted within the established framework of the international law of armed conflict including, as appropriate, the international law of armed conflict applicable to armed conflict at sea.

With respect to the last two elements listed for each crime:
There is no requirement for a legal evaluation by the perpetrator as to the existence of an armed conflict or its character as international or non-international;

Dear Fellow Americans:

Here we go again, more navel forces have been deployed to the middle-east, to be stationed on the boarder of Iranian territory. Action must be taken now. Write you congressmen and senators, or the new ones to be installed in January. Enough is enough! It must be obvious that the plan is to take over the middle east by now, isn't it? Doesn't anyone have a problem with the tactics taken by this unlawful government? They have broken more laws than I think any other administration before them, and are on par with Nixon. I have tremendous respect for the offices held by these individuals, but I have little to none for these people themselves. They have destroyed our foreign relations, and the only nations that stand behind England and the US in all of this, do so out of fear.

If you are an American, stand for Americans and our rights. One of those is the right to live in a world of peace. The more we anger these so called terrorists, the less likely peace will ever exist. The attacks of September 11th had absolutely nothing to do with Iraq, and they have nothing to do with Iran, which is where our troops are heading now. The reason other countries want nuclear power, is to protect themselves from the threat of the US, and other countries with nuclear arms. Our government has shown them they need to for safeties sake.

Violence by Muslims first started by our support to the Jewish taking land that rightfully belongs to Palestinians. You do know, for decades, we have been supplying training, arms, and tanks to help them in this endeavor, don't you? In 1947 Israel claimed the right to be it's own governing state, with boundaries set and agreed upon. Many decades ago they started the attempt to gain more land. They have been leveling home after home, sometimes in the middle of the night, uprooting sleeping families. They gave them a matter of minutes to grab personal effects. They did all this to gain more space, for moving in more Jewish refuges. We have been assisting, by the funds from Christian "end of the world, second coming" believers. Organizations such as On Eagles Wings, fly them there to hasten the process of this second coming of Christ. This is what I would call provoking Muslims. We were attacked for our policies dealing with the middle east and nothing else. Even though our fore fathers wrote in our constitution the law separating church and state, our many christian presidents, cabinets, and congresses have supported biblical concepts, such as this support of the Jewish. I am not against this race, or any other, but these policies are destroying our peaceful existence, not the Muslim terrorists. Let's look at the root cause.

Also to be noted, we were attacked by people acting individually, angered at our country for allowing and supporting Israeli destruction of theirs. So why are we attacking countries? Why not simply defend our boarders? Stop believing this regime, and look into the facts yourself. A world history book, or political science text will show the history of this conflict, and our aide, in one form or another to it. How many more must die before the fire is hot enough under your seat to cause you to stand up.

If you are not with the movement of peace continually growing in this country, you are against peace. If you are for the torture, and destruction currently dealt to so many innocents, including ours.. you are not for peace. If you are for depriving every citizen of civil liberties, including the writ of Habeus Corpus, now gone, you are for totalitarianism (i.e. Hitler.) If you are for this plan of One World Order, you are for violence to subdue the masses. We have no business interfering in other countries problems, especially if we have not solved the many problems here.

Call me paranoid, but that means the submission of us as well, to the governmental regime that WE have given a ludicrous amount of control. The executive branch has far more power than ever intended, or ever in the history of this county. The removal of our civil liberties is the beginning of the process. Look seriously at all the rights that have been taken so far. Doesn't this scare you? If you can find one source, beside what this regime says, or our censored media, show me. If not, for you, and your children's sake, stand up and help to STOP THIS MADNESS!!!!!

And those that comprise the supporters of the religious right of the Republican party , did not Jesus come to give you a new commandment? Does new not do away with old? Well, what would Jesus do? Was he for violence, or passive protest? Remember Caesar's government, did Jesus organize armies to destroy the threat presented to his persecuted followers? Did he instruct his disciples and followers to attack when arrested himself? Were they told to go after the government when John the Baptist was beheaded? There are so many more examples I could cite, but to those who read the bible, I am sure I don't need to do so. I believe, if the bible is historically correct as you say, the answer is a resounding NO to all of these questions posed! What does "love one another" mean, if not peace and passivity in the face of violence? And what of the meaning behind "turn the other check?" If you believe that this violence, and removal of free will (i.e. civil liberties,) is justified, your in the wrong religion. I believe that the sacrifice of life, for the betterment of the one sacrificing it, is a radical satanist concept. Aren't we suppose to fear those people?

I am beyond political correctness. I am beyond worrying if the truth of these travesties hurts feelings. I believe in AMERICA THE FREE. I do not believe in an America that allows the wool to be pulled over their eyes, and following as blind sheep, never discerning truths for themselves. We have been given sense, and reason, tools to be used, not set aside for sake of conformity to the norm. One of our fore fathers, Ben Franklin said, "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." I believe that I have the right to liberty. What about you?

Background info... On 911, a large part of the WTC was pulverised into one of the deadliest toxic mixtures ever created. With not only the chemical hardeners and other hazardous ingredients that are put into concrete, but also mercury, lead, asbestos, etc. The EPA tested the air on 9-11-01. They realised the potential health risks, went to publicize their findings and were stopped from doing so by the Bush Administration. Instead, the National Security Council, aka the White House, told the EPA to report the air to be as safe as second hand smoke. It would have been a true enough statement if they had added the qualifier, "2 million cigarettes worth of second hand smoke per minute".

This is old news. It has been public knowledge for a few years. But 2 points which are relevant today are;
1- Nothing has been done to help the rescue workers sickened by this dust and lie.
2- No one has been held accountable for this crime against humanity.

3000 ppl died on 9-11. That many or more will die from 9-11 illnesses. Why is it so inconcievable to many of you that the same people who are responsible for the higher death toll might also be responsible for the other one?
