FOR THOSE WISHING FOR A LEGAL EXPLANATION OF WHY BUSH SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OFFICE, Here's a link and here is the Federal Judge's ruling from August 16th, 2006.
"For all of the reasons outlined above, this court isconstrained to grant to Plaintiffs the Partial
Summary Judgment requested, and holds that the TSP violates the APA; the Separation of Powers
doctrine; the First and Fourth Amendments of the United States Constitution; and the statutory law.
Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the final claim of data-mining is granted, because litigation
of that claim would require violation of Defendants’ state secrets privilege.
The Permanent Injunction of the TSP requested by Plaintiffs is granted inasmuch as each of
the factors required to be met to sustain such an injunction have undisputedly been met.
The
irreparable injury necessary to warrant injunctive relief is clear, as the First and Fourth Amendment
rights of Plaintiffs are violated by the TSP. See Dombrowski v. Pfister, 380 U.S. 479 (1965). The
irreparable injury conversely sustained by Defendants under this injunction may be rectified by
compliance with our Constitution and/or statutory law, as amended if necessary. Plaintiffs have
prevailed, and the public interest is clear, in this matter. It is the upholding of our Constitution.
As Justice Warren wrote in U.S. v. Robel, 389 U.S. 258 (1967):
Implicit in the term ‘national defense’ is the notion of defending
those values and ideas which set this Nation apart. . . . It would
indeed be ironic if, in the name of national defense, we would
sanction the subversion of . . . those liberties . . . which makes the
defense of the Nation worthwhile. Id. at 264.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

It states quite clearly the the Administration has committed a criminal act, that it must cease and desist this act, and that it must never again do this act. Bush went on national television and said "No!" to the Judge. That is at the very least Contempt of Court and at the most Treason. At any level it is a violation of his Oath of Office. Violating that Oath is Impeachable. Congress, with their passage of the Military Commissions Act have joined Bush in his Crimes. On record in both the House and the Senate are statements form Officials about the Unconstitutional aspects of said Act. There is no room for interpretation. Habeus Corpus can only be suspended in times of Rebellion or Invasion. It can not be permanently removed from the Constitution. Without either criteria having been met, both the House and the Senate have passed Law which removes Habeus Corpus. Every Elected Official who voted for the Military Commissions Act, has violated their Oath of Office and are therefore also impeachable. Now with 2 Branches of Government acting outside of the Constitution, we are in pivatol moment. The Executive and Legislative Branches have relinquished Constitutional Authority. In simpler terms, they have no Authority. Anything they do or say has no more power than that of any other citizens. "By the Power vested in me by the Constitution.." There is no other power to draw authority from. So, what are we going to do about our lack of governing body?

As for my personal life,,, thanx for caring. I doubt that my political activities had anything to do with my wife's decision to kidnap my kids and steal everything I've ever owned. No, that was the culmination of her affair with a fake friend of mine and her Mother's offer to give her a house if she could get the kids down there without me or my approval. Yes at the moment, it would appear that she has succeeded. But on Halloween appearances will alter greatly. I had the legal matters won months ago, unfortunately courts take time. I have been incredibly busy making sure that every i is dotted, t crossed and that all relevant statutes and precedents are filed upon.
What, btw, did you do when faced with the same situation? Roll over and surrender your rights without even so much as a fight? Seems like a pattern you got there.

In all seriousness K9. The battle for freedom in America is over. I have been fighting it for well over a year. Each and everyone of the conservatives I have spoken with swore that when the time came, they would stand up. It came. It went. It is gone. The Magna Carta was put into effect 800 years ago. 4 times longer than we have been a country. For 2 and a half centuries longer than Europe has even know of these land masses, the Writ of Habeas Corpus has protected and defined what we call the "Free World". During the Crusades, when there really were hordes of Muslims at the the gates. And huns and mongols, and when the British stormed the capitol and when the Canadians took torches to the white house, Habeas Corpus did not interfere with the defense of freedom.
But now it is gone. The President has Declared himself above the Constitution. He has broken his oath of office, mocked American Ideals such as not committing war crimes, not torturing people to death, not murdering innocent women and children. He was ordered by a federal judge to stop breaking the law and he threw the rest of our Laws and traditions out like so much worthless paper. He refused to comply with a court order to uphold his duties as the chief law enforcer of this country. He is blatantly committing felonies and treason and he has made his intent to continue to do such known to the world.
But Clinton lied about a blowjob.

But Clinton lied with the intent of lying to a grand jury about a blow job when he was caught by surprise during a routine deposition.

The 15 million the Bush Regime spent on investigating 9-11. And by investigation, I mean AVN style reports from Grant receiving entities explaning how the impossible happened. Look at the current polls here. 84% of Americans Do not believe the Official Story. Only 14% actually trust that the Bush administration is telling the truth. 14%!! More dentist suggest sugared gum than Americans trust what the government says about the greatest mass murder in US History.
And that is moot. Moot. It does not matter one bit if i could produce HD video of Bush personally planting the bombs and flicking the switch on 9-11. Why? Because he has committed far worse crimes just in the last few weeks. He has taken an entire nation as his slaves. He has abandoned the rule of Law and Committed Treason, not only treason as is written in the United States Code, but also as is written in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the Hearts of every American Patriot who ever lived. When every quote from every President before him, including Nixon, directly contradicts his view of his duties and his authority, it ain't cuz he is a brilliant leader faced with unsurmountable and unforseen dilema. He is a Moron who goes to bed every night by 6pm. Who has no idea how to do his job.
And when everything he says and does is the antithesis of Jesus's words and actions, it ain't cuz he is God's one true son!!! If you are the opposite in every way, we call you the Anti-.
